You didn't mention the founders of CARS45. MO and ektop changed the narratives of the automobile industry and 40 percent of Lagos dealers started car dealership through cars45. Those guys deserve some accolades. |
Mummyfour:No problem ma'm. Pls update me when you ready to sell ma. |
Mummyfour:Sorry what year is it ma'am? |
GogetterMD:You all saying rubbish. I see no big deal in the phone conversation. We all have spiritual head and no matter how young he is, you must accord him that respect. |
Mummyfour:Ma'am, please anytime you ready to sell, I get interest. Will pay well, trust me |
In 2011, I saw a lady bought a shoe worth #11,000 and I told her it was a waste of money. Told myself, when I'm okay, I wouldn't waste my money like that. Look at me now... #20k shoes don't look original to me. |
I love fashola but he's rolling with the bad guys. The best governor we ever had in Lagos. |
brownshooga:Na lie bro. My 13pro max came with 100% and e never drop 1% |
Jay5mie:Huh!!! My brother abeg change your orientation oo. Bought my 13 uk used and battery still dey 100 since 4months now. |
babaolofin:I pray you experience those guys one day. They’re very unprofessional and they behave like touts. Been through that shit myself and i knw what i passed thru before i could get my car back. |
Frankly speaking, i dont really blame mr rufai for this. How can you make a brt lane without any signage You guys can go and check all brt intersections along lagos/Abeokuta expressway, there’s no signage to indicate that its a brt lane especially the one at super bus/stop(kataguwa) abule egba. Those thieves will stand at the entrance and they’ll intentionally make you drive in. They’ll charge you 30k (with abeg abeg). I believe there should be a signage at each brt intersection. |
Blankstare:You never can tell, the northerners might bring in a Christian from their own end. |
I just have a feeling that buhari wants Fashola to contest. Fashola would have been the right man for the job. I see Buhari endorsing BABATUNDE RAJI FASHOLA. |
Yewandequeen:Most of you spitting rubbish are still single. Go and get married first. I dont support violence but there are some daredevil ladies that’ll frustrate you! No matter how hard you try to stay quiet. How will you feel when your woman start nagging and starts hitting you around 12midnight. She keeps following you around the apartment even inside your room. You still wanna walk away at that odd hour(with the current state of insecurity) Ladies of this generation should learn to be calm. |
lalasticlala:And i get all the qualifications oooo but i no fine. Sey this 1m will go away ni bayii |
zill:Thanks maami |
Are you okay sir Frankly speaking, we are all sinners and there’s hardly any saint when it comes to fornication and adultery but i dont see any problem with a gossip blog leaking out the behind the scene. Gistlover is not a bad person and pls dont paint him/her black. Gistlover will always fight for the rights of it fans, i doubt he was the blackmailer tiwa was talking about, he only insulted tiwa cos its bad for a married woman to be loose. Look at the case of bobrisky and gistlover. Its only if you dont know gistlover that you’ll think its a bad blog. We miss you gistlover! Pls if you have the new instagram handle, let me know. |
I doubt if your dad will want to do anything apart from automobile. Its in the blood already. Why dont you set up a small car stand for him, let him start selling nigerian used cars. He’ll know where he can get them at cheap prices then he can package them to resell. You can open a small shop for your mum in front of the new house. She can be selling biscuits and other things |
1stGenAmerican:Thanks for the education boss |
1stGenAmerican:But do people on visiting visa have access to register a car over there? |
Hello bro, I do feel the same sharp pain in my chest at night but i studied my food rountine and drinks. Try stay away from cold drinks for now bro and try to drink hot water every morning and evening. It works like magic. |
hospitality business is an interesting business and its very profitable depending on your location and other factors. theft happens in almost all the industry and its not only in Nigeria. one of the reasons why Dubai's hospitality industry keeps growing is because they always upgrade their security software to curb thefts. speaking with my little experience as an hospitality management graduate, theft in the hospitality industry can be curb through thorough monitoring and disciple. you can't leave your business for others to handle and you expect them not to divide your profit into two(not with the current "thief theif" naija mentality). FOR EMPLOYERS: Reception: Tell your front office supervisor to always make sure he/she knows the available rooms every hour (especially when you do short rest). you can walk in to check by yourself sometimes. Bar/lounge: this is the craziest department in the hotel cos its very easy to embezzle funds cos most times, the accountant will only check what you have in your account book. I've worked as a bar man for more than 4years. most times when my colleagues hand over to me, there's something we call "forwarding" (it's an act of selling some drinks and you wouldn't declare it but it'll still be in the account book that it's available). A bar man can tell you 5 big stout is flat and big stout use to be the most expensive beer that year. that's another shortage for the business. frankly speaking, I have also seen honest staffs that wouldn't take what you don't give them but they can tax customers baje. |
I almost fell for this type of trap too. she was pregnant(she was single) and she didn't tell me. she was just trying to get close to me. as a real nigur, I pushed the temptation away, although we cuddled. I got a video call from her last month and I was surprised when she told be she just had a baby. my mind first cut and I thought she was joking but she was damp serious!. thank God for my life oo. in this life, fear women ooo |
Gptech:I just wanted something different, didn't do any research. and that girl for slot was just sweet capping me. abeg if you have anybody that's interested, I go sell oo |
it's still iPhone for me oo... I sold my iPhone xsmax 2 weeks ago and I bought a brand new Samsung A32 last week for 113k but frankly speaking, Samsung is boring, if I can see someone that'll pay 100k now, I'll sell this phone. I think I'll settle for the iPhone11 jeje. |
AmericanDad:No sir |

My friend nearly swept away funds from my account. I caught him while he was trying to get the verification code on my phone. These days, one has to be very careful with all these fake friends. |
If you haven't been to IYA ASHABI's buka at jankara. My bro, you never taste better food |
I graduated in 2016 and I served in 2017/2018. Immediately I got out of service, I went searching for salary jobs but I no see any. There was a day I trekked from Allen roundabout (ikeja) to ShopRite submitting CV (and I dey wear suit that day oo for inside hot sun, rain self beat me that day). I had an opportunity to be a car dealer cos it's a family biz and my dad owns a lot but that salary job was on my mind cos I felt been an entrepreneur wouldn't fetch me money every day and sometimes biz can be very funny. One of my dad's friend invited me to work under him at a car dealership company. Ever since then, God has been faithful. Sometimes, biz tends to be slow but anytime it picks, you tend to gain more than you lose. Although I still go out to search for salary jobs just to support my hustle but I'm not in a rush, I do sort out the good ones from the bad ones. It's never too late to take a step. Start off with something then you can make good decisions on your own. Company's aren't really paying well lately except the I.T guys and everything for Naija, na "man know man". |
It's not really about buying the car, it's about satisfying yourself. Think deep and look around. You might be doing yourself more good than harm and vice-versa. Hope you know that immediately you buy that car, you've got more responsibility and more Billings not only from the car but from people around. When I bought my own car, alot of my friends turn enemies deep down cos anytime they asked for money and I don't give them, they believe I'm selfish and they think I've billions in my account. I'm 26+ and I'm a business man. I've bought two cars now and the max I've used them is just a week. One last advice bro, if you really wanna go for the car, pls look when and don't rush to buy Nigerian used without checking it well. |
