Nigerian Christians from the South East have no problem with this. The Isreali is a special chosen person while the African is a gentile. So it is perfectly in order to spit on him. Please don't talk against God chosen people o, make god no strike you o! via Americans and Nigerian Ibos o. |
No Arab spring will start in Nigeria. So long we're firmly divided along tribal lines. Dalohad: |
Just goes to show how loveless Nigerian women are. What defines love for them is strictly money. Even the so-called "good girl" who meets a good man will still feel cheated if she has to spend her own funds. A lady helped her hubby get a job, and went ahead to cheat, just because she now felt entitled to it. The cheating wasn't a condition to getting the job o... It was purely just because she felt she had to do something to "even the score". When he found out, she tried all manipulative tactics "I sacrificed for you". Bla bla bla... Bros still walked out of the marriage. I don't know why Men here are still deceiving themselves and allowing society gaslight them into agreeing to this lopsided arrangement, where they have to give everything and get conditional love in return. |
Even if the government comes out and say "we have stolen all your money! " Some people will still come out and justify it. They will think they are spiting another tribe. Tribal hate is a bad thing. A person won't mind if his future and that of his future generations are stolen, so long he feels it will pepper another tribe. Smaora Machel's quote is golden: "For the Nation to rise, the tribe must die". |
Must you place a banner mentioning how we see Jesus in Islam? It is not necessary! The masjid is simply a place of worship. Stop these religious taunts. This is the reason I think organised religion serves no purpose other than to divide humans. It is all about identity than worship - Which side of the divide do you belong? Us vs them, etc etc. I hate religion. |
Another woke delulu Karen mmsen: |
They should keep deceiving themselves that these wild beasts are humans best friends. Dogs are wild animals, the reason they are not attacking you is because they assess that you're bigger than them, which is the basic law of the animal kingdom. Stop deceiving yourselves about "training" and "domesticating" b.s. If you want to know, check what dogs do and to little babies. Its because they are bigger than them. These 3 dogs attacked the man because they assessed that collectively they can overpower him - which is the same thing wild dogs do. |
About tribes and cheating, here is the thing: If you marry a yoruba woman, be rest assured, she will definitely cheat on you, most times, with your close friend (if all of you are yorubas). Now, for Ibos: if you marry an ibo woman, you will be shocked to find out she has been cheating on you while under your roof, while trying to maintain a sanctimonious demeanor, always talking about how she cannot fathom how some married women could bring theirselves to cheat (meanwhile she is doing it o!). Both tribes cheat, so let's stop the tribal wars. |
I don't care, it has nothing to do with me |

Nothing wrong in having fun. I only find it pathetic when people chase fun without first putting in the work....and many people in this part of the world like that. If you look at this edifice and the myriad of hotels and fun spots, they are besieged by people who haven't really exerted themselves enough to merit relaxation. It seems the excessive need for "fun" is like a cover for an emptiness within. For those who truly work hard and/or smart legally, (because I know some halfwit will want to try to be clever by half by throwing in the lazy cliche "work smart not hard", to justify indloence and crime), they are the ones who feel the real fulfilment of fun. |

While these are all true, don't overthink its execution especially as each point carries caveat cautioning you about over or under doing it. The summary of what you need to know is: DON'T PLACE A WOMAN ON A PEDESTAL. |
Plot twist: Reno created the fake profile! Reno that has never shied away from fully "exposing" anyone ibo, is now all of a sudden saying "don't let me expose you"?? Wayo |
This is unnecessary. I don't know why people in this country think religion is a contest of superiority between Muslims and Christians. Practice your religion, you don't need to refer to another person's own. |
It's because she did it in front of cameras, that's why everyone is shouting. If you put camera to follow most of these girls, you will see that they do same. Might not be 100 a day, but certainly a sizeable number. A girl once told me, "do you think we're angels?, you guys rate us too much, there is nothing there for a guy to fvcx us" |
Okay |
Someone in the comments has quickly turned it into a yoruba vs igbo thing. Smaora Machel the former president of Mozambique famously said: for the nation to rise, the tribe must die. |
Is that why they used a picture of soldiers showing their backsides as illustration? ![]() As a straight man, I don't think anyone can force you to have gay sex if you're not somehow inclined to it. When it is not prison where you are literally physically overpowered. |
This is actually the reality: there is no benefit for a man being in a committed relationship. Especially in this part of the world, where the definition of love for a man is in the depth of his pocket. Marriages and relationships are inherently commercial. Even our traditions sanctioned it so, reason we pay "bride price". And from there onwards, its toil and labour all his life for his wife and kids. What was keeping men in this skewered arrangement was the woman's faithfulness. Today, that faithfulness is out the window. Women now sleep around whether married or not. Yet, they want to psychologically blackmail me into continuing to provide and protect. Men are wisening up and are refusing to take the short end of the stick. |
So, in 2024, govt will sponsor the set up of tents with calabashes and say they are promoting cultural heritage, rather than focusing on actual skills and production |

No, I've not remarried. I really don't think it is worth it. Marriage in this part of the world is like forcing people to pair because that is what our society expects of you. Coolsat: |
He can't visit all the Banks, but he visited only Access. I find that quite remarkable. Kpai yourself if e pain you. olaniyilukman: |
Access Bank! Wow see levels. This is strategic that Access Bank was the only financial institution that the German President visited. I give it to those guys sha, they are really repping naija on the world stage. |
What do you mean by "4years of hardwork equals 5k"? The reward for his academics is in how he applies the knowledge acquired for the good of society and earn a living doing so. The University is not the one to reward him, even if Dangote gives him 1billion, it is still just a symbolic gesture just like the University's 5k. We really need to do away with this entitlement mentality especially when it comes to academics. Wrackcityoffici: |
A girl will have sex with another man and enjoy the thrill of the affair while married or in a committed relationship. But if you mistakenly find out, she will cry down the heavens, lie there was no sex involved, attempt to or even harm herself to prove that she can't live without you. My brothers, don't ever give in, kick the bitcxh out. The irony is that if you leave her and that other guy, they won't marry each other, they won't even continue the affair. You were simply the person in the middle they were using to feel excited. The simple question I asked my ex wife when I found out she had an affair with her male colleague just 3months after marriage was: "What part of what you're crying about didn't you know will happen if caught?" She couldn't answer. I walked out of the marriage and never looked back. |
You didn't add the female aspect of this "real-man" gaslight: with statements like "A real man will carry the world on his shoulders and not look for a partner that can support him". I tell anyone around me who cares to listen: I don't stake my ego on the alter of anyone's validation. I do whatever I want to do that I have deemed best for me. |
The only way Tinubu won't be declared winner of the 2027 polls is if Nigerians all speak with one voice that they don't want him. But this is impossible because ethnic loyalties and hate supersedes whatever suffering people are going through, and all a politician who wants to rig needs is this kind of scenario. So, if you add weaponization of poverty and direct vote buying, then the heist is complete. As seen in the Kogi, Edo, Ondo elections, the play book is simple: make the economy hard and the people wretched, then on election day, bring out seemingly big cash, like 5k, 10k and offer to the voter for an immediate thumbrint for your party, closely monitored by your agent. That way, nobody takes your money and don't vote you. It's a tactic they want to replicate nationwide in 2027. Highest spend like 5trillion - which is a paltry sum already secured by the coastal road project. |
So, alumni gave the money to the department to give to the person? That is not true Oga. The graduate is an alumnus himself, so alumni will give him their award directly themselves. The department gave him their own separate award. And that amount is the amount the dept has been giving for a long time, it has not been revised, so now, its almost just ceremonial. That notwithstanding, the young man should not feel entitled Wrackcityoffici: |
You're posting how much you got to tell everyone the money is small? That an "injustice" was done to you? When you were granted admission, was it with a signed agreement that you will be given a reward for graduating? Nigerians should do away with this silly entitlement mentality. Education is to equip you with the skills to contribute to society. For us here, it is the needless acquisition of paper certificates for the sole purpose of bragging. That is why there are certificates everywhere, but little skill. Even when you mention skill, someone will start talking of "certification" for the skill. And will pursue getting that instead of the actual skill. Modified For the imps quoting me. I don't give two effs about your rants. Education is not a sport. |
