Why would someone who graduated from a university be in possession of a conspicuously fake certificate? The only plausible explanation is that he didn't attend the school and forged the documents.

I was able to do a reverse look up on his SSN and found that the owner is between 51-63 years old. If I have time, I will get the middle name and gender and this case would be resolved.

The question is which transcript did he use to gain admission in the first instance knowing full well that he didn't go to any primary and secondary school in Nigeria before getting admission to CSU
