Consider other African countries at least if you end up in hardship you would be in an environment and climate that you are accustomed to.

Notice how in west Africa especially , you can rarely find any two English speaking countries bordering each other.

Notice that China that is not a sterotypical democracy is currently out-performing all the the so-called western democracies in all developmental indices.

Abacha was the last truely sovereign government that we had in Nigeria that is why they imposed sanctions on his government and ultimate only succeeded to assassinate him by poisoning.

Govt has made private refineries lucrative, now they are using the military that supposed to be securing the country to destroy people's private enterprise.

If he is proven to have stolen I have no problem with people castigating him, but I watched the video and all they were asking him was to count the cash that was in a wallet. Sure he was being treated as a suspect , but nothing I saw proved that he was guilty of any crime.

So I am supposed believe the man is a thief because the OP prefaced the video he posted with a list of unproven (from the posted video clip) allegations?

For me it is better that a thief goes scot free than for an innocent man to be punished for a crime he never committed.

If he is truly guilty why did they not call the police to arrest him?

I am not holding fort for him but , it does not make any sense filming him whilst telling him to remove his belt and count some cash on camera, i do not see how that proves anything one way or other.

Now if they had shown us he was in possesion of a laptop that did not belong to him , because he did not have a password for it, then the video would make more sense.

Most people conclude that this is an inside job carried out by the contractor Julius Berger but I believe seeing that similar thing happened with the Lagos airport with nobody being prosecuted or dismissed, it would appear to be an emerging trend in the new Tinubu administration.
Hence reason I concluded Tinubu is behind both the Lagos airport lights incident and this latest incident on the Muhmmadu Buhari Bridge a.k.a. the Second Niger Bridge.

Tinubu is a disaster that is still fully unfolding !

Inherited a horrible economy but proceeded boost the horibbleness 10 times

We have learnt that power outages is not due to lack of generated power. In fact it is a known fact that we sell generated electricity to neighbouring countries who still manage to provide their people with more better light. I once visited Benin Republic for a couple of days and cannot recall a time their light was ever taken.

We also hear that the problem stems with the transmission companies rejecting power and that is where I think our lack of constant light is political because for some reason our goverment seems unable to compel those transmission companies to accept the power that is being made available.

So any politician trying to tell us about the need for more sources of power generation is either ignorant or trying to confuse and mislead us.

This same Tinubu that promised that his ministers would in place within 1 month?

On this basis , we know Tinubu is bullshitting us

Good strategy ,but it is not going to get results quickly enough. A better strategy would be to not buy any fuel until the price drops to below N350/litre

I everybody did this, within one week they would drop the price to N300/litre

If we can do this at times it will put pressure and competition on some filling station to continously reduce their price...the difference might be small but it will go a long way to help

Yesterday I was driving my lexus car and I tried to buy fuel and I noticed the first filling station I entered was selling 595...the second one I entered was selling 599 and the third one was selling 600

I went back to the first one to purchase at 595...

We thank the gods that these extortions and governmental levies were not permitted during Buhari's administration.
Every day Nigerians are increasingly having renewed appreciation of Buhari and we are only 2 months into Tinubu's tenure!
