Hi, how are you doing today? Did you try walking very fast hour everyday?(I don't joke with this, it's gives instant relief.)
You will be fine, just try out what I wrote earlier.

Mine used to be very terrible; so pain in my stomach. It even lead to acid reflux. But I feel so much better now. I can eat so much now, without feeling full. I defecate everyday provided I didn't eat biscuit the previous day (processed food).I wish you speed recovery.

Was usually going for sleep overs at her place.
During this time, I discovered that once it's 10pm I start hearing some rustling sounds at her backyard cos her window is at the back of the house, being made by restless rats.


I thought it a normal thing. But on this fateful night, while I was asleep, she woke up. Said she has something to tell me that I should promise I won't leave her after hearing her.


I checked the time it was around 2am. I told her I won't leave her.

This girl opened up to me that she has a spirit husband. And those sounds I hear at night re not from rats but her spirit hubby who always comes around to sleep with her.....

That he was making those sounds because I have taken his place, and he couldn't gain access.



To be honest, I literarily froze that moment. I was like babe why re u telling me this by this time of the night. I couldn't wait for dawn before emulating Chioma Ajunwa and never came back.

It was later I got to discover that was the reason why she could jus stare at one spot for a long time; later told me she does this whenever he communicates with her.


Some weird things also happened to her which she later told me was caused by her spirit husband. she could literarily go blind when reading for a test, regains her sight after some hours. When writing, her hands sometimes go numb that she wouldn't be able to hold a pen. Although, she regains herself after some hours.

This actually happened in a tertiary institution

The man tormented her till she was withdrawn from the institution

OMG! I feel so sorry for her. I have a relative who suffered this.It's not her fault. Most of these problems are caused by sins of the parent. Places they had gone to search of a child. Only God almighty can deliver her.

The anger of woman has the power to pull a man down. The worst set of people to deal with are people who don't express themselves when you hurt them; they act like all is good. When they are ready for you, you won't see it coming.

I also suffer constipation alot. Although, I have learnt how to manage it.
1. I walk very fast for an hour everyday. It helps to release excess gas in stomach.
2. I do yoga exercise for constipation and indigestion every morning and night. It also helps to release excess gas and makes me want to defecate.
3. Don't drink excess water at ones. Sip at 10 mins interval. Only drink water when you are really tirsty.
4. Avoid processed foods like biscuit, bread etc
Although, I eat now.
5. Eat fruits in moderation, may be 2 to 3 bananas daily. Reason is most fruits are difficult to digest.
6. Don't over feed. Eat only when you are hungry.
7. Eat slowly.
8. Personally, ieat okra soup alot without swallow, just the soup. I make it last thing I eat for the day.
9. Run away from noodles.

I have experienced this B4. I watched what I eat, avoided processed food. Avoid using harsh soap rather use toilet soap to wash after defecating and water. Avoid using tissue. Drink plenty of water, add fruits to your diet, don't force yourself to pass stool. When I felt pain I used ice to the area for about 1 minute.

Suffered pile for one month but doing great now. I tried over the counter drugs which gave me temporary relief but gets bad again whenever I eat sugary food and drinks or use anticeptics such as Dettol to bathe or medicated soap. Even exfoliating soap made feel terrible. Below are the things I did:

I avoided sugary drinks and food; anticeptics, medicated and exfoliating soap. I made use of Lux which is very mild. I also avoided wearing tight clothing like bumshort.

After defecating, I gently wash my anus with Lux soap and water and dry with a towel gently. I avoided using tissue.

I ensured I ate lots of fruits especially orange everyday to make my stool soft. I made sure not to stress myself while defecating, if the feces refuses to come out then I will leave the the toilet.

I made sure I do not sit for too long, I also did not lie down on back but on my side whenever I want to sleep. Whenever I feel uncomfortable, I calm the area with ice park wrapped in towel for about 15min.

Finally I drank a lot ginger with honey. Good luck.
