Btw, are all Yorubas into rituals & paranormal stuff? Yes, we all are. That explains the hypnotic effect I have on you. |

safarigirl: For the past five years this site has been on a downward spiral and Seun and every mod that has sat by while it went down or participated in pulling it down sees nothing wrong in the division that has permeated this place. And you people are part of the youths that want to change Nigeria, how?
Anyone who joined NL between 2005-2011 can attest to the negative change here and maybe it's mostly because those in charge have forgotten about values and ethics. They want their site to pull traffic and rank high so that they can keep their business not just afloat but in the leading position. Apparently, they have come to the conclusion that remembering values and ethics won't help them achieve that. |

AIG07: Are you sure?
Tell me more. Yes, the players just needed to pass the ball around faster than they did, to not give the opponent too much time to time to sit back and defend. Then the flanks were not used enough. When they used them the crosses were poor. No single set-piece resulted in anything tangible. As an Arsenal fan I have seen these kind of scenarios play out a thousand times. There is always one way out - quick, precise and direct football. It looks to me like the coach is tired of coaching our team and he wants to be fired. |

If you use post-paid meter they will extort money from you with estimated bills.
If you have no meter they'll extort money from you with estimated bills.
If you use pre-paid meters, until recently, they would extort money from you with their monthly fixed charges, whether or not they provided any service. If you like travel for a year, you would meet the accumulated fixed charges when you return. Even if there was no light in that area that whole period.
I was happy when fixed charges where removed from prepaid meters
But these electricity distribution companies apparently don't like that so now they are resorting to using blatant threats to get you to pay for service they are not rendering. They can no longer cheat you with fixed charges if you use prepaid meters, so they are sending threat messages to law abiding citizens. Below is a text message Benin Electricity Distribution Company(BEDC) sent one of their customers in Benin. Light wey them no bring, them want make people they pay for am.
"Your Mtr No 04.....avg. monthly vending is less than 50 Unit(B4), which is very low considering avg. availability. Vend suitably to avoid disconnection"
At no time did we enter any agreement with them that We must consume a certain unit of electricity to continue to use this public amenity
Anybody wey know those guys, abeg, help me warn them well, well, say I dey allergic to mumu messages. |

I was referring to your friend kgr28. I was asking him about you the other day. He misses you a lot, he said. I have been cool, thank you. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: South Africa Slips Into Its Second Recession In 8 Years by WORLDPEACE(m): 8:13am On Jun 10, 2017 |
All49ja: Lol you are comparing military rule by Nigerians to your own minority rule of white? In your land they segregate you for 50 years with your coward forefathers running away.
A series of Land Acts set aside more than 80 percent of your country’s land for the white minority, and “pass laws” required non-whites to carry documents authorizing their presence in restricted areas. In order to limit contact between the races, the government established separate public facilities for whites and non-whites, limited the activity of nonwhite labor unions and denied non-white participation in national government.
You paid tax but not allowed to participate in government for 5 decades. If not for OBJ and other African leaders in early 90's you'd still be still be living in your Bantustans drinking beer in the morning.
In one of the most devastating aspects of apartheid, the government forcibly removed black South Africans from rural areas designated as “white” to the homelands, and sold their land at low prices to white farmers. From 1961 to 1994, more than 3.5 million people were forcibly removed from their homes and deposited in the Bantustans, where they were plunged into poverty and hopelessness.
You think you're still not slaves?
According to LSA data this January the white South Africans still command the highest average incomes in the country at approximately R444,446 a year. This is over 1.5 times greater than Indians/Asians at R271,621 per year, and almost 5 times more than black South Africans, at R92,893 per year. After 23 years of your so called posts apartheid era.
In your own land a foreigner that travels miles navigating ocean is still doing far better than you. That's why you have inferiority complex and hate the whites and black foreigners.
Your cowardness can't make you touch the white, but you resort to attacking the black foreigners that has far lesser than 1% of SA total wealth while licking the White man's feet that has over 80%. If this isn't witchcraft, I dunno what it's. Is this the real ALL49JA or an impostor? Do you remember me? Why are you not following your biggest South African rival? I was asking him about you some few days back. |

ZarZar: Yeah but still the fact remains, it's the missionary that laid the groundwork, not the blacks from wherever, who also got their formal education from the west. The key component here is western-influence, no matter who ran it when. I guess that's the only thing we can thank them for, bringing us education. yes, it was the missionaries who laid the groundwork. How would I have known you exist without their education? |
Romance › Re: Can You Allow Your Girl Friend To Work In A Hotel by WORLDPEACE(m): 10:32pm On Jun 09, 2017 |
ZarZar: Lol, you're re-writing history now. It clearly says it was founded by the missionary with the support of some other white governor of Irish descent, which means that blacks didn't run it right from inception but later on. It only makes sense because how blacks could have been running it, if the concept was 1st introduced to them by the missionary? That's moving backwards if we're to go by what you're saying. The whites brought formal education. Finish. There's no shame admitting that because it's a well-known fact. I have no shame in admitting white people brought formal education. I am also not saying they were not a colony either. Afterall their independence came even after ours. Sierra Leoneans were made up of different kinds of people. There were the locals, and blacks from the uk, Jamaica, and Canada. They had people who were already educated that settled there from all over. Although I must state it did not begin as a degree awarding institution. |

ZarZar: Lol, I read that & no, that's not correct. It was ran by the missionary. Its 1st black principal later on was an American. My finger clicked enter before I was done. |
Romance › Re: Can You Allow Your Girl Friend To Work In A Hotel by WORLDPEACE(m): 9:51pm On Jun 09, 2017 |
ZarZar: Just read about it now & it was founded by the British lol. Sorry I have forgotten my history a little. The Anglican Church missionary society founded it. But it's first principal was a black man, though an American. But you know a lot of Seirra Leonians were repatriated slaves. It was a place blacks were running until the colonial masters began to interfere in the country's affairs more and more and it fell from what it used to be. Most of the Nigerian Elites of that era had some form of education there. |
Romance › Re: Can You Allow Your Girl Friend To Work In A Hotel by WORLDPEACE(m): 9:19pm On Jun 09, 2017 |
ZarZar: All there in black & white You need to read about the Fourah Bay College Sierra Leon. It was established by blacks in 1827. Many Nigerians who were privileged to have university education in that century and early 20th century got it from there. It was them white folks who systematically suppressed the rise of Sierra Leon and the college. That's the reason only few people know about it now. It is still in existence, but you know the state Sierra Leon is in now. |
