Ginaz: What do my age got to do with your background? I also have JW background. You'll have to get to a certain age before you'll find out how cool your parents are with your decision. It's a good thing you're not baptised sha. It makes things easier for everyone. |

Ginaz: No, I questioned some doctrines in my religion and found out I'm not at peace with it. I don't worship humans, I worship God. So I stepped out to do more research, my family was angry at first but ya, they are cool with me. How old are you now? mid 20s, 30s? My background is same. |

Kondomatic: Same way you friendzoned those that are interested in you.
BTW, you're just average, young with assets that are barely there so I don't understand why you see yourself as one of the most beautiful.
Because of your face?
We look beyond that. She is beautiful if most people she has met think she is beautiful. It's not what you alone or her thinks, but what people say. Like me now, I don't know that I'm handsome but many say I am, so I guess I am. Don't beef me, just appreciate public opinion. |

It's just a matter of time before he gets you too, you think if there is a dispute with the Ebay checkout and seller refunds him back the PayPal, you think you will get your refund? You are yet to enter his trap. I need to withdraw funds from fiverr, Paypal. $156. What's your rate? If you can't, could you recommend someone? |

Afam4eva: Our Yoruba brothers can be one funny bunch of people. The same people that when this same Oba made the lagoon statement, because of their bias and hate for the Igbo people, even people who did not support the Oba's uterance told us not to abuse him because he is a traditional ruler. fast forward to day, he's now the worst thing after satan because he dared to insult the Ooni of Ife. This just re-enforces the popular saying that "Injustice anywhere is Injustice everywhere". What goes around comes around. I clicked "Like" on your observation but it would have been better if in keeping with the fairness that you are advocating you use one of the qualifiers "many", "most" or "some" when talking about how people reacted to the case you cited and the present one. There are people who did not react the way you remember the first time and there are also people who are even unconcerned now. That's a blanket indictment of a group. May that not come around on your group, and any other for that matter. |

Romance › Re: When She Says "I'm Taken" by WORLDPEACE(m): 12:00am On Apr 24, 2017 |
2dugged: just like the op has stated, this is one of the things causing delayed marriages in women, I remember a relationship expert talking about keeping your options open, from experience, I remember about 4 guys I turned down for my ex,infact I didn't even want to be friends with them cos in my naive little mind, I didn't want to "emotionally cheat", and now, they are married and my ex and I broke up. ladies wise up, a man who is ready doesn't need a decade to consult his ancestors if you are the one or not, that's a fact,If after two years,he not showing signs of commitment, throw him the question and if his answer isn't satisfactory, walk away o Instead of keeping your options open when you are already in a relationship why don't you instead be sure the person is ready for marriage before you date him. If he does not take the step in a short time after the dating has begun you free him. That way you don't cheat on anyone. All this keeping options open is just another way of encouraging women to be female dogs. I know a girl with this mentality who thinks she is dating my friend meanwhile we know she has a bunch of other guys she is also dating. She came to visit and he slept with her and after that he has not been able to get into her pants again, but it does not change the fact that he has had his way once. This while she was surely sleeping with other people. However another friend of mine got married 2015. What impressed him and myself including was the fact that when he met his wife she said she was with someone and she did not want to double date. She told my friend not to call her that she would call him only after she had ended that relationship. That was exactly what she did. They did not even speak on the phone once during the weeks before she ended the relationship. We both valued her for it and she was taken seriously by him. He was not even looking for a wife but my guy was just impressed by her values. All this keeping your options open just muddies up the water and make women loose their values. |

franugo: of course i'm making it personal..i have a mother n several sisters whom i cherish deeply. It puts me in a wrong mood whenever you people make your silly generalisations I do not have sisters or a mother that I do not cherish. I'm only saying that the institution of marriage makes men expect something that does not exist- a woman who can be rational when things are not rosey. The fact is that they are not meant to be and no matter how much people would like to talk about exceptions to this, every woman starts to loose respect for their man when he starts struggling. It does not matter how much he is striving and how factors are not within his power to control. And when a woman looses respect she cannot hide it. To a woman a man is only as valuable as he is able to provide materially. So a woman's use is really all just to bear and raise your kids. You don't have to be in a marriage to get her to do that and for you to provide for your child. You can get sex without marriage and get real love from your friends. |

gypsey: mate! why the assumption? I don't give a fuvk! about the bloody hijab it's only a fuvking piece of cloth like every piece of cloth, my observations is on the fact that she didn't care about health and safety which should be paramount!
And I am glad you agree the cloth isn't stopping her from wearing a helmet. so why is she not wearing it? that was my main point!. If you were only concerned about her safety, this part of your comment " she is wearing a piece of cloth on her head in the name of religion, i bet she believes God and his angels will fly and catch her when she falls and breaks her head" was absolutely unnecessary, don't you think? |

How does the hijab stop her from wearing a helmet? You are just offended by the hijab it seems. |

hungryboy: Him no talk lie
Northern votes determines who can become President
Except a Southerner rigs an election He can't win a free and fair election against a Northerners, who just need a few million Southern votes to win
The only way to end this, Is to practice the electoral college system practised by the US
But our own will be based on regions
With each region having equal votes
The North
Middle Belt
South West
South East And South South
The winner of the most regions Wins the election
It will not matter if a region has 30million voters Or 5million
All regions vote will be rated equally This is false. Do you mean that the elections that brought Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan in were not a reflection of the wishes of the electorate? |

That was barefaced mockery to Nigerians. How can she open her mouth and say she will finish N25M in one month? In this recession!!
If that is not a slight upon all hardworking Nigerians, what is? Answer me, what is? It is even in the recession that you will finish any amount faster than before. There is inflation. She said she has things waiting to use the money for that will finish it in a week. If she invests it in a business can it not finish in a week? You people better go and wash your inferiority complexes off your vision and leave the girl alone. |
