I have gotten a new acceptance letter dis November my question is am I to pay whats left of my fees to be balanced or start a new payment... kindly reply pls

hello all pls i was refused a german visa. i have 2 questions. i was asked to wait for 6months before i apply again. can i apply via school using a different schengen embassy? 2 or i have to wait for 6months before i apply to any schengen country?

If you're very successful in Nigeria (well-paying job, a couple of growing businesses on the side, nice home, car, savings, etc.), why give up/sell everything and immigrate to the US, UK or some other country, where you might not be as successful?

At Worry 359, nothing like that was mentioned or stated. Thank you so much for your time, i can now heave a sign of relief. I thought i have been banned.Please can i use another invitation? Cos what happened caused quarrel between us and i dont want to ask him again.

Two reasons were given: my friend in the uk used a different signature for the invitation letter and the signature is not the same on his bio data page. The visa officer and i quote" i note that the signatures vary significantly from what is on his passport to what is on the invitation letter, causing me to doubt the authenticity of this invitation" The second reason is that i did not provide satisfactory evidence as to what proportion of my travel cost will be met by you and what proportion will be met by my sponsor. Those are the exact words. Thank you as i await your reply

@ vicjustice, i applied for a UK visa in May 2014, but i was refused a visa because my invitee used a signature that was different from the one on his bio data page. To be candid, i never saw the difference until it was pointed out. All effort to make him sign his real signature did not end well. The visa officer said that the signature does not look authentic. I want to re apply but i want to use another friend of mine. What are my chances? Thank you.

please @ boss vicjustice I applied for an irish visa but I was refused with the following reasons

CP:- need to undertake the course in this state not demonstrated or warranted
F:- finances:- evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incomplete. The applicant has provided details that his uncle will cover his full costs. Insufficient evidence of why the sponsor of would pay the applicant rather than his own direct family is not shown. Evidence of relationship to sponsor is also not provided.
ID:- insufficient documentation submitted in support of the application
OB:- obligations to return to home country have not been deemed sufficient
OC:- condition - The potential cost of the trip is high in comparison to the applicants means, and given that no compelling reasons for the trip have been displayed, the visa officer is not satisfied of your intentions to leave the state following your visit.
OC:- observe the conditions of visa - the visa sought is for a specific purpose and duration:- the applicant has not satisfied the visa officer that such conditions would be observed.
SP:- gaps in education or employment not accounted for. No evidence of education or employment since June 2013

Good day friends. Please I want information regarding applying for UK visa. In 2005, I applied for UK student visa and was rejected. I appealed the decision and lost the appeal. I want to reapply for a student visa using the new e-passport with same name and but different date of birth. I have used my new passport to travel to South Africa, Senegal and Ethiopia. I also have a valid kenyan tourist visa. Please I want expert advice if I need to answer yes to the question " Have you been rejected entry to the UK"? since I will be using a different passport with same name but different date of birth.

I was been refused for UK holiday vist visa today.
My company is financing all my travel expenses. Wen filling the form I my personal expenses for the travel is £300 bt the money is not reflecting salary acct balance I was refused because of this issue.
However I ve 470k in my personal saving acct, I didn't add it because I use the money for pety exchange business (bureau) Wch I don't want my company to knw . Pls I need ur urgent advice and nxt step for me to take.

my people i greet una oooo. Please i am here for help however i am open to criticism if needs be but i will confess that i have had enough stress already so please dont add more salt in my wound. Na beg i dey beg una oooo my wise people. I just got deported from the UK on Feb. 2014, i went as a student but things got very though cos of UK immigration policies every now and then. I got to marry a french national but it busted so i couldn't help the situation. They said i need to return home and i accepted and signed the documents but it is not because of what i have done but because of what they had believed. Note: its not because my visa had expired, ofcourse i had my valid student visas but not allowed work at all. Now i am in my fatherland thou not planning any travelling anytime soon, i want to find out from wise people on here if this situation has jeopardise any future travel plans anywhere in the world ofcourse except the UK.
