Please i want to apply for two years uk visa after the expiration of the six months family visit visa butvwill like to apply for my son who has not been to uk before. My questions goes thus:
1. Can i apply for two years for my son?
2. What will i put as income and expenditure for a seondary school student since somebody advised that a separate form must be completed online
3. I intend using my business account (enterprise) registered in 2011 but commenced operation this year so i paid my personal income tax in February. Pls is the tax clerance in my name acceptable since my business is an enterprise moreover i only have this year tax paid around February.
4. I equally have personal savings account in which i normlly use for the retail segment of my business. Will my daily sales record which is in excel format be enough to proof the source of fund?
5. Do i need to write an introduction letter on my company's letter head paper introducing myself as the MD?

Spike C and others please help me out here, I think I am making a mistake already.
I just filled in the online application form and made payment hoping to print out my bank statement tomorrow before seeing where it is stated that I must have the bank statement with a closing date atleast 31days before the application is made.
Please what do I do now, can I still print the statement tomorrow but counting 28days backwards from Yesterday?
Please I need your urgent response?

Pls I want to know how I can get my stay in the UK after giving birth in the UK and having someone who already has a stay to claim my child. Is there a tendency that my child will be giving a stay since this person is already a citizen and if there is a tendency how do I get my own stay as the child's mother can I use my child to apply for my stay if my child gets his stay and if I can how long will it take me to get my stay if I use my child. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I'm hoping you would have an answer for me. I'm applying for a B1/B2 visa category to go spend Christmas with my boyfriend. I'm a little unclear about how to answer the why are you going to the US question the VO would ask me.
Should I specify to see my boyfriend or just go with generic friend? His letter of invitation suggests we are more than friends and I wouldn't want it to appear I'm contradicting myself.

I need ur avdvice on my issue, I applied for uk visit visa for the first time in may 2012 nd was refused, reason that the acc my uncle who was my sponsor gave was his comp acct and dey were not sure of the source of the fund. I reapplied a week after with the help of a lawer providing all they asked for and I got the visa.
I stated in the form that I wud spend 3 mths but eventually spent 4 mths.

The issue is this I applied again last week and got refused. The reasons are stated below:

You state that you are employed and eaned N61,000 per mth, you have submitted your skye bank acct statement and transactiob history appears to support your claimed income but the closing balance has been reached via cash deposits for whichno evidence has been proved. I am not satisfied that the balance in this acct is a true reflection of your inancial status. I have also taken into note of your previous visa application in which you stated you would visit for 3weeks. According to the stamps on your passport you actually stayed 4mths and yyou have failed to providea an explaination for this. Furthermore I note that in your employment contract letter it states that you are entitiled to one month annual leave per annum and again no explaination for this breach of contract has been provided. Given the unexplained discrepencies I am not satisfied that you are a genuine visitor who will.......

You state that your uk sponsor is your cousin however no evidence of this claimed relatinship has benn produced. You have produced no evidence to show that the uk sponsor is able to provide sufficiently spacious accommodation.

Please I ll like to reapply and don't know how to tackle the issue. Your candid suggestions, opinions nd advices are welcome. Thank you nd God bless

Hi all,
Please I need your candid advice. I applied for us visa in 2008 for a conference programme. Unfortunately, I was denied visa. That is not my problem; fellow intelligent nairalanders. The issue is someone actually assisted me to file the application here in nigeria. Most of my details were not real up to the date of my birth on the passport. Today,as am typing these lines; am with a new valid passport obtained last year with my correct info. And av travelled to few countries with it. Now, I intend to apply for us visa, how can I go about it considering my initial deceitful application procedure. May God bless u as u offer me brilliant advices. Thanks in anticipation.

Please, I have an issue, I applied for UK Student visa some years back. The entry officer dined me and also[b] kept back my original certificates[/b] Is there a way I can retrieve my certificates, especially the WAEC certificate.
