Over staying a visa is no crime Mr Just wise, it's a breach of immigration law. A crime is when you are charged to court.

thanks for your reply. my visa application was for 6 months research visit in Spain . i want to arrange some additional documents to appeal against refusal. the embassy didn't give me any reason which shows the reason of rejection.

Please does the irish embassy go to a persons bank acc and conforms of there's still money there For example a person has =N=2m to in his account and makes a statement and after some months, he removes the money inside the account just a week before applying for the irish visa. Would the embassy go about and nose into a persons balance from the bank or they just look at the bank statement of it's authen. Thank u

Please house, my 28 days is complete, but my Cas is not out yet, should I go ahead and print my statement of account and keep till my Cas is ready, or wait till I get my Cas b4 I print, which means I will have used more than d 28 days specified

U re required to show funds of 460pounds per month for 9months, held for 28days.
You av applied with 2 children, so therefore need to show funds of 12420pounds. As evidence of funds you have submitted a GT Bank statement in ur husband name AC NO........the minimum balance held in this acct during d required 28 day period........is 3,365,155.21 (12,322.50pounds). You have not shown any other evidence of funds. I am therefore not satisfied that there will be sufficient funds available to u as set out in appendix E. (Paragraph319C(g) of 395 as amended).

Now I have re applied with my 2boys n was refused again becos d money in my husbands acct was short with 85pounds, we never knew that they have increased their money (amended). Now they gave me a ban but still tells me that I can still appeal n my husband has left for his studies. Now d whole thing confusing I dunno what to do.......

Me and my dad are both traveling soon and we are staying for one week we have about(£1,000) 1k for for the trip, giving that we bought a return ticket... I heard all Nigerians must pay £3,000 as their BTA ... Do you think we will have problems with uk immigration?

@pato I did my TB test today and got the result by 5pm today. I think the idea behind this is just to make money for these British guys. I honestly do not see the need. I'm applying by Wednesday also in Abuja.
