You will not be allowed entry on your old visa. You might struggle to convince VO to give you new study visa as you failed before. |

Hamadatash: Hi, any one can help me(I am from Sudan). If I received schengen visa from Norway. Can I apply for asylum when I arrive in Norway (they took my finger print during the process)? I will use my passport and will enter the counrty leagally.You have already PROOVED that you are safe enough to apply for visa and that you have enough funds for tickets. You will be seen as FAKE and will be on first plane back, your visa and passport stamped and money wasted. You will have to explain your actions to your own police, good luck! You will NEVER get another visa to any country. Also you are secure enough to use internet and fund the trip. Why do you think that taxpayers in another country shoul pay for your life. With so many people from Nigeria applying to uni, getting admission and visa then transfering to comunity col. It will not be long before visa authority and unis crack down!!!! Soon Nigerians will not get visa or will have three year contract with uni! |

Remember your lawyer has nothing to loose but you do. You laeyer will get paid whatever the result! Be happy in your own mind with anythin submitted. I would suggest that it will be best to clear up any problems from the past in one go. Be honest in your submission and you stand more chance of the visa officer seeing you as worthwile people. Please try not to fall into the trap of telling lies. This often results in worse result. As for using national health service, have either of you paid income tax or National insurance? That could help your case. |

Automatic 10 year ban for forged documents. You have no right of appeal. They consider that you are responsible for the accuracy of all your documents. No point trying to plead any story. You must look to other countries and hope that they do not share information with UK. |

It has been posted hundreds of times that using buisness account will lead to rejection. To most countries the funds are for the buisness NOT for personal use. But it's up to you if you listen or waste family money. Show this information to your elders! |

feyi4luv If you just re-apply on Friday the first thing that they will suspect is that you are desparate to get to UK. That makes you look an evev worse risk to V.O. Address the things asked! Prove that your sponsor has authority to give you money. Using company account is very often cause for rejection to UK. or USA. Prove that you are married, certificate, photographs and anything else. Prove your ties to come back to Nigeria. Show job, property or something like that. If you have no ties then you will be refused again. |
