ManTiger I-diot Mumu fool!!!!
Like so many Nigerians you want to start off with a lie then continue to make thing worse.
ritze
Your Coz has done the correct thing by including wife and kids on first application.
It is common for people to live together without marriage (this is called common law wife)
The thing will be convincing visa official that it is real and not just conveniance.
Any documents that support will help.
What about letter from priest or official that knows you.
But tell honest story and you are closer to visa than lie which may cause ban as well.

You should ask the school department for details of student placements into jobs
Or contact students union and ask for feedback form ex students.
Any good school will be proud to boast of succesfull job placements.

Solomon198sss: please let disscus issue abt study in india and is quality/visa
So you want to study in India!
Have you given thought to why most Indian people go to study in UK?
Have you looked at the benefit of qualifications from Indian school?

You will find that the money spent on education in India will get you a piece of paper that will not even get you job as truk pusher!!!!!
No reputable company will give preference to India over UK or USA.
Talk to your elders and do some research.
If not you will be wasting your family money on worthless qualification.

Two thing to look at
FIRST She mut proove good links that will ensure return home after visit, Job, property, investments.
Your Uncle will need to show that accomodation is suitable, has spare room and permission for visitors. (Not single room flat!)
If she is single with no job then chances of visa are very small. They will think she is just trying to get entry to stay, sorry.

arraso: Hello Guys, I'm very happy to find such a great forum, hopefully u can help me.
I'm in Brooklyn/NY with a tourist visa. I'm 4 months pregnant and have no insurance or enough funds to pay for my baby's arrival. I share a room with other people and have a babysitting job for paying the bills. After almost 2 years of a serious relationship, my american boyfriend/fiance left me when I told him I'm pregnant and that I'm not aborting. He absolutely disappeared and I have no idea if he is even in the US anymore.... abandoning me and his baby.
I honestly don't know what to do. Going back home at this point is not an option as it would make it impossible to have my ex recognizing his child and also paying for support. In the US I can guarantee my baby's citizenship (it doesn't seem his father would apply for the baby's citizenship) and have the court looking for him (father) and requiring him to pay for child support.
I intend to leave the country with my baby as soon as I get paternity for my baby through court system and child support issues solved, which will probably be around Jan/2014. Should I apply for medicaid or any other aid if I'm on a visa? Will I be able to comeback to the US in the future?
Thanks a lot!
Arraso
You must not apply for aid. By doing that you become a thief taking money from tax payers in USA.
You then make matters worse by saying you will take citizenship for child but run back to Nigeria to avoid payments.
This makes you another benefit cheat who makes things more difficult for genuine people who intend to be honest.
Do not become a thief, do not claim benfit to which you are not entitled.

If you do this you will be on permanent ban list for the rest of your life. It could also affect you child as it has theft on it's head from birth.

You should learn to spell and write in English not your uniteligable writing.
Then you can offer advice to others.
With your spelling I do not believe that you can help anyone "sort out" their documents.

You have made a clasic mistake!
By submitting multiple requests, changing your story and doing review.
You now look like "desperate" person trying any means to gain entry.
This immediatly flags up suspicion that you will not leave when stated and become illegal.
You should probably leave applications for 1 or 2 years to let things cool down.

sampitts: hi, pls if someone had a football trial to go for in one of Uk's football clubs, what kind of visa will he apply for?
I will guarantee that you are becoming the victim of a scam.
If you have a REAL invitation then the club will take care of that.
HOWEVER

You can not play for a UK club unless you are already a member of your national football club.
Search Google for "football agent scams"

Sean lenux: @Obi123 thank you very much. @ all in the house, pls really need ur candid advice. Having gotten an unconditioner MSc offer to study at the university of manchester which will cost a total of 7million naira, i am able to gather 1million naira in all. Now some ppl advised me to go for it that when i get to the school i might get a school loan or walk my way to any lecturer in the department for sponshoship while some ppl advised to forget about the admission and use the money something else. Pls as fellow nigerians studying in the UK how do you see this and how feasible is the ikewood of getting being assisted by any lecturer or the department. Thank you
Do not come with your small funds!
You will not get sponsorship "by magic" that will only be offered if you present exceptional grade points(and they will check)
You will not be able to work enough to raise funds.
Also U.K.B.A. may ask you to prove funds before entry.

You must stay at home and try something else.
Why did you apply to uni if you knew that you did not have enough funds in the first place?

This is Nigerian forum.
Nigeria is in AFRICA not INDIA, different continents.

awistle: Hi everybody,
I have got two offers frm university of salford manchester and birmingham city university for my m.sc program this september, but i dont know which one to choose, as i need suggestions on which school is preferable of the two in terms of accomodation, city life and academic welfare.
Both big cities, wide ethnic mix in both, plenty of social life in both.
Accomodation costs will be similar in both.
Try to find out what contacts the Uni has with industry.
Many unis have tie in with companies which can be a way into jobs.
Travel › U.K. Moves To Tighten Immigration Rules by worry359(op): 1:15pm On May 08, 2013
New bill for UK law

This bill is designed to make it easier to deport people who do not have the right to stay in the UK, and to prevent immigrants accessing services to which they are not entitled. Businesses that use illegal labour will face increased fines, and private landlords will be required to check the immigration status of their tenants. The right of appeal against immigration decisions will be restricted, and immigration officers will be given more powers. Foreign nationals who commit serious crimes will be deported except in extraordinary circumstances, and the law will be changed so this principle is reflected in the courts. The bill will apply to all of the UK.
