K-shock You have fallen into the trap of criminal agent. V.O. probably looked at you fake bank statement and thought "I have seen this statement many times before FAKE" You probably have ban now. USA and UK say that as adult YOU are responsible for any and all documents. You now need to make plans elsewhere, USA is not for you. Also with rejections for fake documents other countries may be hard to enter. People see this lesson and Stay away from agents 3 Likes |

ESULAALU: To be honest, this is something I wouldn't be able to answer and I sincerely apologise but it only because I have no clue. His appearance at the consulate would be regarded as something informal as he would not be following the standard procedure by simply turning up bearing in mind he does have the limited right of appeal and exercising the appeal right would have been the standard procedure(hope you get my drift). I would perhaps see what funkybaby or just wise have to say in this case. Sincere apologies once more.I am surpried that you still procede with this. Justwise and others have pointed out many, many times that "limited right of appeal" means NO RIGHT! It is UKBA way of saying no chance of visa. |

Delphy97: I submitted a bank statement for my tier 4(student visa) which contained some money for a stated period of time but we have now removed the money.Is there a way the ukba could find out that the money is gone after the period I stated it was there.is it possible for the bank to reveal this information to them?and if they find out the money has been taken out after the stated period that it was there for,could I be refused a student visa?It is VERY likely that they will contact your bank. Then the truth will come out. They have ways of getting the information from banks. You WILL be refused visa if the funds are not avaliable. Just hope that they do not see it as deliberate fraud and give you 10 year ban. |

emmanuelefe What is your age? This will help to answer questions. What do you want to do there? Do you intend to have a holiday and return? (Visit visa) Do you want to go to school? Or do you intend to get there then overstay and hussle? As a single person with no ties to make you return home you look a bad risk for visa issue. If you are over 18 you can be expected to sponsor yourself. It is not looking good at the moment you need to improve your chances. |

Especially if he/she was issued B 214 form after been denied by VOHave you tried asking the V.O? Telephone or E-mail them. No one on here can tell you. Lying is allways bad and is the mistake most Nigerians make. So many would rather lie than tell the truth then pray to God for a miracle! |
