About Owambe rice, you actually need to know someone to even get the first plate ordinarily due to you as a guest.

All election petition tribunals would have been concluded by next year. Election Tribunal has six months from date of declaration of result to deliver judgment. Appeal to the Supreme Court wont take more than three months to be exhausted.

By early next year Atiku's petition would have been exhaustively taken care of, win or lose, but it wont be available beyond 2020, let alone 2023.
