Sure you are right, none of my guesses could have portrayed him in good light, if correct. But remember I said those were guesses I made since I, in the light of my previous knowledge of his ability could not have in good faith gone with the popular online news narrative, which was that he could not express himself in English and was not qualified to be the IGP.
