Arsenals debt is no where close to man u's debt and chelseas' own and don't forget that a one mans club(Roman and Glazier)is operated differently from a board of directors club like arsenal where things have to be voted upon against the glazers and roman just making absolute decisions about transfer funds and what revenues should be used for and all that,

U cannot be too sure of that. Arsenal's debt is kinda comparative to Man Utd to ours given they are a smaller outfit.
Your accountants don't mention the punitive interest rates Arsenal received and had to restructure against future revenues.
They don't mention that the increased match day revenue all goes to the RBS-led consortium of banks and that Arsenal have to maintain over 98% seat utilisation at the Emirates. Arsenal are indeed in a worse operational state to Man Utd.
In fact, few clubs even come close operationally to Man Utd .
