tpacalipse: I make her understand from time to time that I work very hard for my money, hence, I am not a father xmas. I make know that gold digging will never be permitted around me. I make her understand that her parents' opinions do not count in my home and any intrussion frm them will never be tolerated. I make her understand that I got no business impressing no body among her family and I shud not be expected to perform some functions just because her sisters' fiances do. That I am too busy to call all the time she desires; whenever I called shud be accepted like that. I make her understand that I gat no business with her friends, so she shud keep them off my back. Sweetlemon: It's threads like this that drive ladies above 28 into desperation. Why won't they become desperate to be Mrs somebody when the world sees them as having one problem or the other just because they couldn't hook a man before that age??

Hi peeps, please I need your advice on this situation
Suppos we have two guys, let's say A and B
Guy A: lives in Nigeria, engineering graduate 1st degree and gets a trainee production engineer position wit ExxonMObil Nigeria (full staff of MPU)
Guy B: after 1st degree in Nigeria, undertake a 2yr Msc engineering program in NYU, USA and then get a trainee position with ExxonMobil, downtown texas, USA (same production engineering)
Which of the guys is likely to be richer puttin in mind standard of living, tax, cost of living and everyother factors considered in Nigeria and USA.
I know In USA, 30percent of ur salary goes on Tax, 30percent goes on bills meanwhile in naija nothin like tax, payment of bills like nuffin as per Mobil staff...Assuming you have a choice to take one of d path(guy A and B), which will be wiser and better to take assuming the end point is which will be richer in the next 15years

Advice to guys is, except yu have substantial cash to throw around, never attempt to impress girls by flaunting ur 'wealth'. You might forever be struggling in vain to keep up that image. Finally, i think like attracts like. You should ask yourself what d girl brings to d table aside from good looks and appearances--it's a relationship not a charity org--(unless of course you only want d icing on d cake), nd 'chopping your money'. When I was in the university, discovered girls r hardly satisfied with wat parents give dem even though all her important needs (accomodation, feeding, academic fees and pocket money) are being taken care of, you still find most of dem travelling out on friday night (only God know where) only to return on sunday (for d extreme ones)
While for d coded ones, de wanna have study mate (2f..u....ck dem after reading) while still assuring the real boyfriend of undying love, not to talk of examination/blocking boyfriend...do girls really have to bow to peer pressure??
