I see no need for this thread when we've one where all both students and non can meet and ask any questions. Beside, why create the thread when the school management is yet to release the 2nd batch admission list for 2013/14. It's just a waste of cyber space.

shakol91: . Yes,I had a notification from them when my transaction was successful and when my order was closed, but I've copied them the notification many times but they said they need acknowledgment/decline mail from AE that will show my identity, date of transaction, amount etc before they can process my complain. I have sent AE mails about this but no response
wait! Was the notification sent your e-mail address or your AE account?

This is not encouraging at all. What do they need the mail for when you can screenshot your UBA Africard account that contains the details of your transaction on AE? Where is your base? At this point, personally, I will advise you visit their headoffice in your state with either a laptop or a tablet to show them the mail physically.

shakol91: "Kindly be informed that screen shot is not acceptable as you will have to contact the merchant and they must acknowledge the mail that the transaction is not successful before will can process the chargeback, please.
For further enquiries, requests, complaints, please contact our Customer Fulfillment Center at cfc@ubagroup.com<mailto: cfc@ubagroup.com> or on 01-2808-UBA i.e" that's cfc reply. Pls,I need somebody to explain this sentence to me "they must acknowledge the mail that the transaction is not successful". Honestly I'm not really myself again
Though, I'm not so sure, but I think what UBA wants is the mail sent by AE that the transaction was not successful which I believe you don't have. Did AE send you any message after your payment for the said item was verified?

shakol91: But pls how can I make that screen shot with pc.
You can snap a screenshot using a computer or laptop by pressing the following keys: Control + Alternate + Print on your keyboard. Once you press these keys, the computer will automatically capture the current screen/tab. Now, open your paint application, click edit, click paste (or press control + V) to paste the just snapped screenshot.
Alternatively, you can search google for third party software that performs such function.

Ishilove: The one I find so irritating is when they cradle their manliness in their hands. Its so annoying. Someone told me that their balls get stuck inbetween their legs so they have to lift it up and away, but it can't be true because I've seen teenage boys pack their balls too. What's up with that? huh angry

importexpert: @shakol i know what uba mean. kindly click on forward on the mail that ae sent to you, logging to your uba africard account, copy the transaction details and other details that are related to ae chargers. merge them together with your uba africard username and send to them. they will surely respond. i wish you good luck.

shakol91: . The mail doesn't show my name and some other things required by UBA,it was only notification like this "your order 60478615941411 has been closed" that's all. And UBA said I have to get the declined mail which should include the date of transaction, amount of transaction,my identity(all this must be in the mail from AE) before anything can be done.
With this, you've no problem with your visa card like I thought before now.
According to what you posted above, the seller canceled the order without first informing you. Reasons why he/she canceled the order should have been stated. Maybe you order the wrong product or the seller is out of stock. Kindly ask the seller why he cancel the order without informing you.

booblacain: my bro, this is discouraging. If I were not careful I would not be coming back here to seek more advice, I would ve made the order by now.
Thanks anyways for the red alert.
Discouraging? Indeed the truth is better?
Are you not the same person I told was confused some days back. If yes, then you're really discombobulated.
It's crystal star that you don't know what you want.

First it was PC tablets, another minute it was female jewelries, then memory card/flash pen and now female hair attachment. I hope you've the market for the above products?

I still insist you import one lot or whatever first to test the quality of the product. What if you order five and found that the product is fake or of low quality? Will you ship it back and ask for a refund? Think! Use your number six!

If indeed you're serious about buying the product import one first via dhl. You can chat with the seller first, let him know that you intend to buy more but want a sample to confirm the quality. He might even send it for free via dhl or reduce the price of the product.

Like some else said, talk to Elena one of chrisvic agent. She can link you up with seller of great quality. Beware, Rush In, Rush Out. Goodluck!

The last time I used their service was 22nd of Dec. Before then, I sent a marriage invitation card to my Uncle in Niger State about five year ago and he recieved it two weeks late.
The lady I met their on the 22nd was pretty confused about the whereabout of my items though she confirmed that they had recieved the items. After some serious searching that took almost thirty minutes, she saw it. I signed for order recieve and fucck out.
All in all, their service was great.
