Lots of Nigerians don't know the guy is a comedian and not a rapper. Rapper Big Shaq is a character. |
It is very sad that lots of women having miscarriages nowaday are victims of their spouses' ill-health. From the article, Diabetics causes broken/incomplete DNA in sperms, fertilization of by such sperm causes miscarriage It is very unfortunate that most of the information out there about many diseases are either not true or incomplete. It's no news that Pharmaceutical companies profit margins have more than quadrupled over the past 2-3 decades ago. It's also known that many diseases of today don't have cures but they can only be managed. This new style of medical treatment called "Diseases management" is a major reason why these pharmaceutical com. and many Medical service com have become highly profitable. What happen when a disease is cured vs when it's been managed. Once a disease gets cured the patients after undergone treatment procedures for a short period, no longer need the services of the medical personnels and neither the medications. But a disease is been managed, there is always a continuous need to visit the medical specialists and also stay on the treatment procedure till death comes. Thats a continuous revenue for the pharmaceutical companies and the hospitals. Back to the main discussion Diabetics. Honestly, as I have started earlier, there are lots of incomplete information out there has been buried by those who profiting heavily in this sector. Just follow the money. Those who have tried to whistleblow these useful information are either suddenly dead or have been discredited by the profession bodies they belong to. ***ANY PERSON SUFFERING FROM A CHRONIC DISEASE SHOULD PLEASE GET OFF THE FOLLOWING; which includes but not limited to milk (according to statistics, abt 90% of Nigerians are lactose intolerant), meat from any farm sources, anything over-processed and packaged, eggs etc. This will definitely reduce ur dependence on this addicting drugs called medication. Enough said at this point, to get more self education please try to watch this movie "What the Health". Disclaimer, this is just a movie. Obviously, some ideas seems preachy, just enjoy it. |

Statsocial:whaooo, Bro, did you realised all what you've just highlighted is someone's empire. Believe it or not, the church and other facilities mentioned belongs to the Oyedepo's Trust. Comparing the governance of most churches to that of a country like Nigeria is ridiculous. Most of these churches are private empire, the country belong to every citizens although its run by selected few. Its like comparing the use of a private car to an official car. The fact is this, Nigerians gets the exact type of government we deserves. Nobody wants to take responsiblity for all that have gone wrong. We blame the government for everything. Who votes this people into power? Well, its a known facts that many social media/online crusaders don't even have a voter's card. But yet, they rant everyday abt what's wrong with the country, abt how politicians mismanage public funds. A common call for street protest, almost everybody go hiding under their roofs. Nigerians are quick to compare and contrast the country to the western world. Many Nigerians can't volunteer a tenth of the sacrifice most citizens of the western world had to undergo. We all want to wake up and see the road tarred with street lights . Most development of the first world countries are done by the private sector. But in Nigeria of today, one of the booming sector of the economy is the religious centers. Lagos for example, most of the warehouses and factories built in the 1960s and 1970s are been acquired by the religious organisations and convert to worship centers. Bro, how can such an economy be sustainable in the long run? Currently, Nigeria is one of the countries with a larger number of worship centers then production factories. And yet, we blame the government for unemployment? My point is this, churches, mosques or other religious organisations cannot be immune to criticism in this current times of Nigeria. The church for example is sitting on a trillions of Naira, and the sad truth is, these fund still won't go to a productive part of the economy. I know that some churches do invest some of their funds, bt they are only interested in short term liquid investment. I am waiting for the time when the RCCGs, the Winners' chapels etc. wealthy religious organisation can invest into mega projects such as power plants, Railway lines, ICT research centers, Research Labs for the cure of African/Nigerian prevalent diseases etc. One love. |
Wetin be this? ![]() Please sack this photographer and look for another b4 ur wedding day. What's up with over-photoshopped pics these days? Happy married life to you both. For ur information, keeping a happy home is hardwork. Hardest work you'll ever experience, pray for God's grace to stay strong. Whoever tells otherwise is just deceiving you. "He who finds a wife findeth good thing". Sister, please be a wife and not a burden. Bro, please be a husband and not a slave master. With one love and unity, ur offsprings will grow well both spiritually and physical. All the best. |
APC end of the year party , organized by Senate President Saraki and family. ![]() |
@Anstalk, this is no official launch. Apple doesn't has a corporate presence in the Nigeria as I type. Also, there's only one official product launch in the world and its done in California. I will describe this event as "we now have iPhoneX in stock" by independent seller kind of event . Anyway, I hope you enjoyed some free cocktails and munchies at the event. |
The northern votes will determine the winner. Hhhmmmm, lots envelopes exchanging hands already. |

LessNoise:Most of these seized new cars are orders of government parastatals. Someone is trying to pocket the custom fees. Once they carry the FG green tag, no one will ever ask for the custom papers. |

Which kind secret service be this one wey dey talk like a drunkard? . Awon ode. If DSS is really interested in solving cyber crime, they should infiltrated the school and employ the Lautech graduates as cyber security police. But the truth is all our security agencies are cashing out big-time on these Y-guys. They're not really interested in stopping the crime, they just want to catch thses guys and extort them. |
Lesson learned from this story is: husband with successful bankers as wife should be very vigilant. ![]() |
cleanshaven:Unfortunately, rich old men hardly seek or listen to second opinion when it comes to their private life. So, I guess only TM's action can help the situation. |
Luukasz:It's a game. Even if he manages to pay back the bank, he's going to sign up for another. The reality is most billionaires are in the red when their assets less liabilities. But they're good at rolling over the credit to stay afloat. |
Luukasz:The access to credit is the new means of wealth. |
LadyGoddiva:If you don't know why the children are worried then I'll explain to you. The old man is seriously indepted to a bank. If he's doesn't clean up the books b4 his call to glory, all his properties will automatically goes to the the bank to cover up his debt. There will be nothing left for the family to keep as theirs. I don't blame the old man anyway, his days on earth is limited by the biological clock, make he enjoy his last days ooo **Yoruba adage don talk finish, person wey no sabi how his friend dey make am go run to his death. |
PVision2020:Go and listen to the songs again on good speaker/headset. The particular tones I'm talking is main on the old man's tune bt it's on the background tone on Simi's tune. Anyway, enough of panadol on this matter. The old man gave them a pass so, I rest my case too. |
Hozier:Same reason Robin thicke lost the case is a similar reason the old man will win. My argument isn't abt the name "Joromi" . Listen to Simi's version, you'll hear the baba's musical notes repeated severally. Its sounds kinda like "ta la ta la ta" coming from a piano or guitar not very sure |
Hozier:T You're very wrong sir, the case was abt the musical note which wasn't very obvious when listened to. |
Y'all should get off ur phone speakers and listen to the song on a better speaker. Honestly, I feel like sponsoring this suit cos I'm sure that I go win am. **Just pay attention to the background guitar/piano sound in Simi's song that goes "ta la ta la" |
Hozier:It's a thin line bro. Moreover, he was the first to use the name in a song. What do have to say abt the saga on "Blurred Line" by robin thicke. |
Nigerians and their oversabi no credible justification. In the last decade, when Chinua Achebe sued 50 cents for making a movie called "Things fall apart" y'all are clapping for the litigation. The old man appreciated the name "Joromi" being reused bt warned the muscians to due diligence next time. The old "Joromi" was an international song, he probably has the right to the name. In addition, listen to both song again and compare. Another example is the Litigation on "Blurred line" by Robin Thicke. Look it up, you'll understand better. |
Kinda true, bt the down side is ladies in post 25 years old (more emphasis on post 30) don learn the craft of packaging. They don sabi package to be seen as "wife materials" but post wedding day husband will start noticing strange characters. Ladies and gentlemen, let's be very vigilant. |
