The inspector general of police should arrest EFCC Chairperson with immediate effect.....this not about the hunter becoming the hunted....it's about flagrant disobey of a competent court order....it's very simple you cannot disobey a court order no matter how highly placed you are...just that in this part of the world...things like this is a normal occurrence....but for posterity sake he should be arrested...so as to serve as a lesson to others.

Assuming that a Refinery in Port Harcourt is scheduled to deliver PMS products to Gas Station in Lagos, which is about 300+miles away, meanwhile this gas station is low on inventory.


From the consumer side It's more likely that the gas station will run out of inventory and what does that translate into - LOST REVENUE. When you have lost revenue, you can get it back as time flies. When u can't get it back, you may not be able to pay salaries, pay any debts, and what have you. Also, when you and I as final consumers go to that station to fill up and there's no gas - either u leave and return next day or u go else where, that's translated into wastage of resources - time and money - and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. This is a simple ripple effect of such ban

From the manufacturer/refiner side, excess unturned inventory without storage capacity is low revenues as well. You know why, gas stations will only adjust their schedules to meet their needs. In fact, the ripple effect will affect the economy directly.

If you ban tankers, trailers and what have u from moving in the daytime, it's very likely that Nigeria will lose billion by the day. Transportation, just like the actual goods being transported is a revenue component. What need to be done is strict enforcement/guidelines. All trucks must be road worthy... PERIOD.

Secondly, a whole Zenox Oil website dosent look professional, thirdly after the submission of your CV, you will be notifeid that you have been shortlisted and the most important thing is that you are required to pay the sum of N1,500 for a PIN with the HR Department which is totally absurd.
Moreover, a backround check on the domain shows that it was registered on 10-Nov-2012, and to hide their identity the registrant, it was secured with privacyprotect.org. I think applicants show know that no company will required you to pay your hard earned money for an interview.

an estimated 2.4 million barrels of oil each and every day. With oil now selling at $93.61 a barrel, that’s $224 million in income daily. And yet many hospitals can’t afford to buy an ambulance. The reason, in my view: Nigeria is the most corrupt nation on earth. Sure, Transparency International lists almost three dozen states as more corrupt — Chad, Haiti, Laos, Yemen, Cambodia and the like. But are any of those nations as wealthy as Nigeria — taking in $81 billion annually, just from the sale of oil? No, not even one of them. So Nigeria steals and squanders more money than any other nation, making it the world’s most corrupt, by that measure. Nigerian journalist Musikilu Mojeed finds all this so discouraging. “With its geopolitical power, economic resources and middle class,” he laments, “no country (with the possible exception of Saudi Arabia and Egypt) has the power to change the course of black/African civilization like Nigeria.” After all, Nigeria is Africa’s most populous state — and large, twice the size of California. So Nigerians are living an opportunity squandered — particularly now. Egypt is in turmoil. In just the last few days, in fact, many Egyptians have been calling for a military coup — anything to rid the state of its widely despised Muslim Brotherhood government. And a new report by the World Economic Forum ranked Egypt the least safe and secure tourist destination among 140 tourist nations evaluated. (Roads are in such terrible shape that government officials generally travel any distance by helicopter.) And Nigeria’s people — well, they are as
mistreated as any on earth. In only nine nations — among them Liberia, Sierra Leone and Somalia — do more mothers die during childbirth. And in only 10 states, including Chad, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe, is the average life expectancy lower. Right now the average Nigerian’s average life span ends at 52. That may be why the median age of Nigerians is just 18. A few months ago, the Economist Intelligence Unit published an evaluation of the best places for babies to born in 2013, given their probable welfare as children and the chance for a safe, comfortable, prosperous life. Switzerland, Australia and Norway were the top three. The United States came in at 16th, largely because “babies will inherit the large debts of the boomer generation.” Dead last: Nigeria. “It is the worst place for a baby to enter the world in 2013,” the report said. Even with all that wealth, only just over half the population has access to clean drinking water, and one-third to a toilet, UNICEF says. Two-thirds live below the poverty line. Only one child in four who contracts pneumonia is given antibiotics, and only about half the population is literate. The CIA also cites endemic “soil degradation; rapid deforestation; urban air and water pollution.” All this in a county whose gross domestic product stands at $236 billion a year, in the same league as Denmark, Chile, Israel and the United Arab Emirates — prosperous, successful states to be envied. Goodluck Jonathan is certainly aware of all of this. After all, taking the oath of office, he swore to “devote myself to the service and well-being of the people of Nigeria. So help me God.” Well, just last week he demonstrated who he really is and what he stands for when he pardoned a former state governor who’d been convicted of embezzling state funds and laundering the money. The House of Representatives has defeated a bill seeking to provide monetary incentives to unemployed
graduates. The bill for an Act to amend the
National Directorate of Employment (NDE) laws, 2004 by creating specific functions and objectives to cater for unemployed graduates of tertiary institutions failed to scale second reading as it was defeated
by voice vote. Sponsor of the bill, Arua Arunsi (PDP, Abia), said the objective of the bill is to design and implement programmes to combat mass unemployment of graduates between 18 and 35 years and also
between third to fifth year of post graduation experience. He said the bill is also seeking to pay certain amount of allowance to the unemployed graduates. However, the antagonists of the bill said the provisions of the bill failed to meet the critical criterion of filling gaps inherent in the existing laws it was seeking to amend. Ibrahim El sudi (PDP, Taraba) noted
that the bill had nothing new as a similar programme for unemployed graduates was already in existence
at the NDE, saying: “There is a graduate attachment programme that does exactly what this bill is seeking.
“Even, a similar programme is existing for non-graduates on the social aspect for unemployed non-
graduates at the National Social Insurance Trust Find (NSITF). What should happen is for the authorities to strengthen these programmes.” James Faleke (ACN, Lagos) said providing such monetary incentive
would only compound the economic challenges facing the country. According to him, since the Nigerian economy was not production-based, industrial revival
efforts would be defeated with such monthly allowances turning the beneficiaries into lazy people. “Rather than turn our unemployed youths into lazy ones, government
should channel the monthly stipends towards the revival of our industries. In other words, let us teach them how to fish instead of giving them the fish. When our industries are revived, the economy will absorb them,” he said. Peter Onyemaechi (ANPP, Ebonyi) expressed concern over the programme, which he said could be
compromised, citing previous poverty alleviation programmes that have failed. “How do we verify the
beneficiaries? How do they qualify?
Because of corruption, the list would just keep expanding. People would no longer look for work since
there is easy money coming in every month,” he added. The bill was summarily defeated
