The 3.38 was for first yr nd 2nd year all same grade with 2courses each outstanding.

If you can finish with 4.0 in both your third and final year I think you'll end up with a 2.1. Since you had 3.38 in your first and second year then let say 3.38+3.38+4+4= 14.76/4 = 3.69.
Note: this calculation may not be perfect because I don't know the number of credit load you took from your first year to your finals.

i mean when you have 1.5 cgpa and you now have 4.5gp in your following semester it boost your result easily but when you have cgpa of 3.5 before and you have 4.5 cgpa in ur next semester it just adds little compare to have 1.5 before
