I think people need to understand what football club ownership means and the reason why chicken change(tashere) made by Arsenal sounds like big money to all of us. Football club ownership allows you to use your club and borrow money and invest in mega businesses, your club might make losses but the money you borrowed and invested with the club's name elsewhere in country that has a better tax regime will cover for that.

There is a big difference in playing kids or using kids (paedophilia) because they are cheaper from developing kids to big players, In arsenal what Wenger does is use kids because they are cheap article. In Barca they develop youth into big players while in Arsenal once a young player gets to a stage where his wage need to increase Wenger will pick quarrel and sell him off, Then go and get free agent as a replacement

Wenger moved from buying players to player buying themselves (Arshavin paid his fare to London on the transfer deadline day) and Wenger now moved to free agent like Chiamaka, Sylvestre, Sol Campbell and the latest now is if you want to play for Arsenal you will need to pay some money because they are actually helping to advertise you (Pires and Jens Lehman)

Let's be very clear with what changing career is, in my own understanding changing career requires going back to square one and study a different course, graduate and start looking for a graduate trainee role. For example as an Engineer I now decide to become a lawyer or a Medical Doctor, obviously I can't go to NHS or wherever to apply for job with my Engineering degree but as a company lawyer I can decide to change career to become a football analyst or a football coach obviously you will still apply some of the law skills in the football analyst or coach job.

My advice here is, if you are changing career don't move to terrorism or millitancy although money dey am but the end no good at all

A brief background about myself, I finished from IMT Enugu in 94 with an HND cert in Mech Engineering, worked for Schlumberger for few years then resigned because I got frustrated with the fact that I can be more than a technician then went for further studies until I acquired a Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering and I currently work for a Multi-National oil company (name witheld) in the UK and also doing a Ph D part time.

My advice for HND holder, HND is a solid foundation but it is time we understand that HND is a path to a solid future so please if you have HND try and go a bit further and acquire a BSc as a worst case as it will even be easier for you to pass the exams as most things will will be stuff you did in your OND and HND. I am a living example,

Finally it's a pity that the Nigeria unemployment situation now is so bad that I won't be surprise if companies start asking for foreign certificates before you can be invited for a test

For me I think you need to be attracted to someone first before you can start a relationship that will allow you know the person's character, so beauty comes first!!
