Orji Uzo Kalu has lost his mind |
Its not possible that Igbos and Yorubas can collaborate for 2019, or even any political envevour. The so called "Handshake Across The Niger" held recently in Enugu where Biafran women stormed the place and made their minds known should be a good indicator of what the men are thinking. Nigeria is already a failed project. What we should be talking about is "Handshake between, Arewwa, Oduduwa and Biafra" |
Sirjamo:I never heard that the Shi'tes in Nigeria were an armed group going about killing people. All I heard was that the blocked the road of the Chief Of Army staff. If the military ir Government thinks that military action is necessary when Shi'ites or IPOB block the road, why is there no military action when Fulani herdsmen slaughter people? Unless maybe some people think that Fulani herdsmen killings is far less important |
Buhari using military option against his own kinsmen? Never in a million years will he do that But as soon as he hears IPOB, he will declare PYTHON DANCE. Nepotism is the twin brother of Buhari
|
InfiniteLoopx:True |
LIFEisSIMPLE:Complete waste of time. Im an Igbo youth who believes that Nigeria is an utter faliure that can never be salvaged. Thats why I want my own seperate country |
The guy was obviously arrested alive the tortured and killed |
bounty007:Only barbarians think like this. Everyone is entitled to a fair hearing in a court of law |
Probably another extrer-judicial killing which some fools are going to cheer about |
laudate:Ahhhh So this sort of Nigeria actually makes sense to you? One group called IPOB doesnt take up arms or kill anyone, they get Soldiers sent after them Another group with arms called Fulani herdsmen have in the last 3 years slaughterd over 1000 people in Benue alone, they get hate and hostility? You Nigerians are something |
Shuku0kukobambi:Nnamdi Kanu's matter must have seriously pained you guys. He challenged this Kangaroo country set up in 1914 by the British and it hurt you guys that an unarmed man could rise up and use just the power of words to shake the old order. Bro, the message is always far more important than the messanger. You can hate Nnamdi Kanu all you want but it wont stop the movement for independence and self determination. |
Thete o e thing I dont understand. Why would any politician pay Otobo to frame Pastor Suleman? What would the politician have to gain by doing this? What about the evidence? The pictures, the Bank transfar, the trip to Napoli? So politicians payed Otobo to come up with all these lies, back it up with material evidence, just to bring down Suleman? All for what? What has any politician got to gain from all this? |
Shuku0kukobambi:I dont think people like you actually realise that every time you post these pictures of the Nigerian Army brutalising IPOB members you: Show the world that the Nigerian Army is an organisation of barbarians That the country called Nigeria where the Army is still telling people to lie down in muddy water in the 21st century is indeed a shithole You help to show the international community how uncivilised Nigerians are. You also show why the white man thinks the black man has the intelligence of an Ape |
brightalo17:Lol Shifting goal post. First you say that it is a criminal offence for anyone to say they will kill another, now it has changed to if it is said to friends or if it is said to enemies? Where have you heard in Nigeria that someone was convicted for saying they will kill another? What evidence can be brought to court in such a case, the persons breath? How can any intention be established without being inside the persons head? Who have you ever heard was charged to court based on verbal threat alone? The reason it is not possible to do so is because under chapter 4 of the Nigerian constitution, everyone is allowed freedom of speech as long as long as the speech is not used to break the law or cause violence. Freedom of speech is enshrined in the constitution. It doesnt matter if Kanu said he going to kill Buhari or Donald Trump, what matters is if he actually took any action in that regards. Yes Kanu can be arrested and investigated for saying he will kill someone, anybody be arrested. But nobody can be charged to court for talking. The courts are interested in actions, not spoken words. Breach of the law must include an act, it is not about spoken words I rest my case |
brightalo17:Let just assume everything you said is true. Let us agree for a moment that verbal threat without action is indeed a criminal offence. That means you and I and every other Nigerian should report to nearest police station immidiately. There is no adult Nigerian out there that has not said "I will kill you today" to another person, wether jokingly, in anger, in jest, in passing or otherwise. We have all at one time or another threatend to kill someone. My neighbour just yesterday said to his son "I will kill you today for not doing your homework". Maybe I should go to report him to the police for threatening to kill his son? Breach of the law must be an act, it cannot be mere words alone. Defamation is not a crime, it is a civil offence that has nothing to do with Police. |
Only someone who wants to commit political suicide will join APC in Igboland |
brightalo17:You cited a law but couldnt even make use of the law. Where does it say that spoken words is a threat to life? It even clearly says that the threat must be an act or omission. Infact, the entire law is dependant on someone being killed and neither Kanu nor IPOB has killed anyone. Defamation is a completely different thing. Defamation is a civil offence and not a criminal one. |
mvem:Ask the Military that went to his house where he is What did the Army go to do at Kanu's house? Where is the truck full guns that they claimed to chase into Kanu's compound? Has the Military git any constitutional right to be arresting people or invading anyone house in a situation where there is no war or armed conflict? These are the important questions |
jmoore:Words of wisdom. Let those who have had the presidency in the past tell us if that position turned their region into 'small London' Nonsense |
What did Yorubas get out of Yoruba Presidency? |
These zoogerians make me laugh. Herdsmen are massacaring them from all directions, but they are far more interested in dying on top of the matter of Nnamdi Kanu who did not kill anybody |
What a joke. So the Police will start arresting Fulani Cattle hearders who openly carry around their AK 47's? Who is fooling who? It is one thing to go and shoot unarmed IPOB members in the name of "Python Dance" It is another to go and try to arrest herdsmen with AK47's in the name of a presidential order Sending Police or Soldiers against an unarmed group is easy Sending Soldiers or police against an armed group such as Fulani herdsmen, that one is different story, a story we shall never hear about because it will never happen. |
brightalo17:Thats not how the law works. The law does not work on "threat by mouth". There is no Nigerian who has not threatend another person. Everyone has freedom of speech, without it, the next time you threaten anyone, wether your gateman, your friend, an 'agbero ' you met in the park, what it means is that you should go to jail. Threatening someones life with no action is no threat |
A colonel attached to the Chief of Army’s office in the Army Headquarters, Abuja, Col. A.A Yusuf, who deposed to the counter-affidavit on behalf of Buratai, said the alleged invasion of Kanu’s house was totally false.I simply just cant believe that the Nigerian Army are still peddling this obvious lie, that they were were chasing a truck full of arms and ended up in Kanu's compound? If it was actually true that the Nigerian Army chased a Truck full of arms into Kanu's compound, why is it that no one has seen pictures of this truck full of arms? Surely, the Nigerian Army that loves to display bodies of boko haram fighters killed and the cache of weapons recovered from them, just could not show us the truck full of weapons they chased into Kanu's compound? Yet, the very next day, the Nigerian Arny released a statement pronouncing IPOB as a terrorist organisation and the nearest they said IPOB came to having guns was the one "they tried to snatch" Yet, the Nigerian army claims they chased a truck full of arms into Kanu's compound? Which no one has ever seen even a picture of? I can only but laugh in French |
My greatest Nigerian? To be honest, I dont want to count him as a Nigerian because if he was still alive to see the same level of killings that made him stand up and fight, he would have been shedding tears. It can only be Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu |
Yyeske:There is a big difference between calling for the killing of other people and actually going ahead to kill people. Breach of the law must be an act, it cannot be just mere words. If a person or group calls for the killing of another, there are laws that regulate what happens. The person who made the call can be charged for criminal incitement, which most courts wont take serious since everyone has freedom of speech. The criminal justice system of most democratic countries, which Nigeria is amongst, are interested in what has been done, not what was said. If the Nigerian courts were to prosecute everyone who has ever said they want to kill someone, every Nigerian would be in court or jail. So the question of if a seperatist organisation called for the killing of anyone does not arise. If anyone calls for the killing of anyone, the authorities should take the person to court and let the courts determine if that call was wrong. What is most important is if an organisation actually went on to kill people |
This says it all
|
Ramos16:Really? Well it may interest you to know that in America, there are several several separatist groups. Hawaii wants to be independent, Pueto Rico wants to go, even California want to cut out. In Texas, many groups still hoist confederate flag as their national flag and want the state of Texas to be independent. The American Government even called the chiefs of Hawaii for talks based on their agitation for seperation. America values the life of its citizens and will never send Soldiers to kill them just because they agitate for separation. Soldiers are for situations where there is armed violence, not peaceful agitation. Even UK that created Nigeria gave Scotland referendum Africans are just too backward in terms of reasoning |
What is troubling about this whole thing is that Nigeria claims to be a democracy, but still has a situation where the Army is still invading peoples houses where no war exists. It is a sign of a failed state and democracy that a president is breaking thr law by sending the Military to take over the job of the police. The Army has no right to invade anyone house or arrest anyone. Someday, the Army will have to explain what it went to do in Kanu's house |
Unity beggers everywhere you turn |
The police in Biafra will not be routinely armed and on no account must the army be mobilised to do police work.Thats what a civilised soceity should be, not a situation where a president will declare 'operation Python dance' and send Soldiers to an area where there is no breakdown of law and order or violence. Places that herdsmen are killing people, the President ignores the situation because its his kinsmen doing the killing |
