This is the same Garba Shehu who went on Channels tv to say that Fulani Herdsmen who are armed and slaughtering people everywhere are just mere criminals but that IPOB that have no guns and never killed anyone are terrorists who deserve to have Python dance by the Army I rest my case |

Politics / Re: Don Wannys House Demolished After Being Killed by zendy: 8:36pm On Jan 09, 2018 |
This is barbaric. In a country where many are homeless, where msny dont have a roof, some people go and demolish a good house because the owner is a criminal. Very stupid. Why not turn the house into a youth training centre? 1 Like |

I dont know if it is true but why destroy such a beautiful compound that cost millions to build? The government could have just confiscated the property and turned into something to benefit the community like a youth training centre. Why destroy something that can be put to good use? I remember in the 2000's, I used to think that Orji Uzo Kalu was a great Igbo son. Now, I look at him as beneath contempt. A man who used to be respected so much in Igbo land has been reduced to a cheap political prostitute and opportunist. Even when Soldiers where sent to his peaceful state to kill his contitutuents, he could say nothing What a disgrace of a man 2 Likes |

I thought by now Buhari would stop coming to Igbo land after the embarassment he got in Ebonyi and Anambra where no one came out to see him. The only people who gain by this charade are crowd renters. Igbos generally dont like Buhari! 76 Likes 4 Shares |

ModsWillKillNL: Today Igbos are craving to lick the same Northern a$$? How did you come with that? Because of what some political jobbers of Igbo extraction are doing? You judge by what the majority are doing, not the minority. Did Igbos even vote for a Northerner in the last presidential elections? The majority that came out for IPOB and MASSOB in their millions, you think they care about Northern a$$? No they dont As for those who have ruled Nigeria and Northerners, what good did that do? Nigeria is still a messed up place and the same people have been reduced to begging for restructuring which is even less than the freedom and independence Ojukwu fought for. 1 Like |

MosD: You have to learn to look at the two side of the story instead of the one side the Lagos/Ibadan expressway media likes to dish out. You said the war was not necessary? So why did Nigeria declare war and come to the East to fight? Why did Nigeria led by Gowon not keep the Aburi agreement signed in Ghana to prevent war? Why did Nigeria not agree to the UN monitored referendum proposed by Ojukwu? The truth is that Nigeria caused the civil war, but people who dont know Nigerian history think it was caused by Ojukwu. Ojukwu did over and above what he should have done to prevent war. But the one thing Ojukwu was not prepared to do was to submit his people to Hausa/Fulani slavery so as to avoid war and thats why he declared the independence of his people as Biafra. And so the answer came from the same man who determined the start of the war. When the kitchen got too hot to bear, he simply left! Ojukwu was a great man who led his people in a war of independence to free them from the colonial shackel of Hausa-Fulani dominated Nigeria. Thats why Ojukwus people love him in death. We may have lost millions of souls in the fight but there is nothing more noble in this life than for one to fight for freedom, no matter what. Ojukwu may not have suceeded but the fact that he rose up and fought back when all others were lining up to lick 'Northern a$$' to avoid war , is commendable. He fought, he lost, but no shame. It is s great and determined people who fight for their freedom against a much greater opponent. Only a fool will expect Ojukwu to stay back and be used for target practice by the Nigerian Soldiers when the war was virtually over. If Ojukwu had ran away in the middle of the war, then you can call him coward. But he stayed to the end and left. Ojukwu would have been very foolish to stay back to be slaughtered when he had a way of escaping. Ojukwu did not cause the civil war, Yakubu Gowon and his fellow Northerners did. 1 Like |

Anyone who looks at the hands of all three men will see they have injuries. This means that all three men were captured alive, tortured and executed. This Don Wanni might have been the Devil himself but I will never support extrer-judicial execution, something that has become the hallmark of the Nigerian Army. Quite disgraceful |
Politics / Re: Igbo Identity As It Suits Other Nigerians And Lagos Ibadan Expressway Journalis by zendy: 7:27pm On Jan 08, 2018 |
What is indeed funny is that most Yorubas have never crossed the River Niger into the East but most of them will tell anyone that they know where Igbo land starts and stops i.e, the South East. Some will even say that Igbos are only indigenous to 5 states. But once they hear Chukwuma Nzeogwu or Igwedibia, they suddenly remember that Igbo are indigenous outside the SE Rivers state is largely made up of Igbos/Igbo speaking people/Igboids. So when something bad happens, he is Igbo. When something good happens, he is SS or Nigerian The hypocrisy is too much 12 Likes |
Politics / Re: [VIDEOS] See How Dreaded Militant, Don Waney Embraced Amnesty In 2016 by zendy: 6:49pm On Jan 08, 2018 |
The Federal Government made a big mistake with this Don Wani, they should not have killed him. They should have brought him in alive and tried him for whatever he is alleged to have done. But now, by sending the Army to go and kill him, the government has sent a message to all future armed groups who may wish yo embrace amnesty not to give up their arms and render themselves defenceless. Another bad thing is that the Governmrnt now diesnt know what the rest of his gang are doing. Killing the leader of an organisation has the tendency of making the organisation turn to violence. This is what caused Boko Haram, when the Goverment thought that killing Dikko Yusuf would be the end. Shekau took over snd Nigeria has been fighting for the last 6 years. Kanu and IPOB were non violent, unarmed and very visible. They Army came after Kanu now no one knows what IPOB is up to as they have gone underground. If they emerge tomorow with arms, Nigeria will start another round of fighting. Infact, it maybe that it is because no one is yet sure of Kanu's fate is the only reason some of his die hsrd supporters have not yet taken up arms to die for him. Now they have killed this guy instead of arresting and trying him. God knows how his group will choose to avenge his death. When will Nigeria learn that 'kill quick policy' does not work? It only breeds more violence 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Why Would Ortom And Akume Be Dancing While Their Citizens Are Being Killed? by zendy: 1:09pm On Jan 08, 2018 |
angels09: I expect them to dance. Fulani herdsmen are well known killers worldwide. Yet, some people say "we must be one Nigeria with Fulani". So there should be no complaint when Fulani massacre people, it is all part of 'one Nigeria'. If you dont like Fulani massacre, agitate like Kanu to leave Nigeria. So Akume and Ortom dancing and celebrating while their people get slaughtered is in order. Its all part of being Nigerian under Fulani control. 1 Like |

Lifestone: I dont know this don Wany but are you sure he masterminded the new year killings? Have you any proof besides the allegation of the authorities? If we keep believing anything we hear, what it means is that anybody can be gunned down and the authorities will say its a kidnapper or armed robber. From the pictures, I can see that these guys were captured alive then killed. There are signs of torture on them. So why kill them? Why not bring them in alive and let them face the law? They might even have useful information to give the authorities. It is time for people to stop this 'zombie mentality' of beliving whatever the authorities say Also, it is time for people to start asking why the Army is doing the job of the police? It is not the job of the Army to go after kidnappers or cultists, the training of the Army is not crime prevention. Thats why they kill everybody anywhere they go. This mentality of praising the wrong thing should stop |
