I don't want to create a new thread for this. I just want to state the obvious and for public knowledge.
My desire to take up this mantle to enlighten the general public or have these information available to the public was as a result of the appalling method and marketing strategy employed by Transission holdings.

If you are a potential buyer and you are searching for an online reference on what to expect when you get a Transission device. Due to Transission's strategic method and skilled means of knowing where to place their agents online. You will only endup learning details Transission wants you to know concerning the device you are shopping for. So in plain sense, you won't get the truth.
If 5 users are complaining of the device you are planning to buy, you will see over 100 comments beating those five users bitter experiences to the cold; making it impossible for you locate.

This method applies to their offline market and advertising strategy too.

To cut the long story stud.
This decision to continue to expos any lie Transision is trying to hide is a job I am enjoying, if for anything, for the fact that many Nigerians are now more intelligent and tech-oriented enough to know a device is more than spec sheet.

When I dey tell Transission for nairaland say an army is rising, Transission's days of deceit is collapsing. They ignored and instead, took glo's route of employing public figures to deceive innocent buyers for them while offering trash services and products.

Fast forward from 2016 to now... I am amazed at the facts people post exposing Transission. Sometimes I feel like my spirit has multiplied into millions of spirits and everyone is now working to archive a common good. But no, it's not my spirit it's just intelligence, once you become aware you will detest everything Transision stands with.

And yes, I try to be as honest as I possibly can. What I can confidently say is, I am without sentiment or grudge when dealing with issues. So as to avoid ignoring important facts or useful warnings that may become costly in future.

You go need to run diagnostics on your device data consumption.
Download network monitor mini from playstore. It takes a while to setup, but what you need activated is the traffic breakdown to help you monitor data in and outflow. This way you have a proper analysis of which app is using the data.

I am one of the many people on twitter escalating the discoveries and unravelling of any proven fact stating the obvious concerning xiaomi product and users confidentiality.

Users should always be aware of what they are getting into. Xiaomi lied about their method or what they are using the users data being collected for, they went even further to claim the data is not pinned to a user, as the data collated are anonymously sent, when in fact, it is a cover up scam.

The disturbing reality of this is, xiaomi could and should have accepted their error and swung to action and fix it.

This privacy theft and data siphoning without users permission was traced to the mi browser[mint browser]. A single update or an option to Uninstall the mi browser would settle all this tension and would have preserved xiaomi's integrity of being a privacy cautious company. But no, they tried denying it and went ahead to refute and even involved top security companies who gave them licence just to rubbish a discovery which was in reality, the truth.

Now there is a video on YouTube which gives a detailed exposey on how xiaomi actually does this.

We are waiting for xiaomi's next response, because accepting their mistake now will just be complete fallacy, utter incompetence or a failed attempt after being unable to deceive a universe of intelligent android users.

And people wonder why I choose xiaomi... They are under a lot of watchful eyes by us the fans and their errors don't go unnoticed.

Go to online web, you will see brands like realme, xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung being reviewed and properly exposed for buyers to take a peak.

I tell you in all honesty sir. Its not an advantage, it just goes to show how substandard and inferior their products and parts are.
I changed the xiaomi redmi 5plus screen 2years ago for 12k, the repairer that did the replacement confessed that he had never seen a spare screen that crisp, his words were "this screen dry oooh".
The user of the redmi 5plus is still using it and continually confirms that the screen almost seems like its better than the previous one.

Change a Transission device parts, forget the phone because its that part you will continue to change weekly until you throwaway the crap.
It's why wicked and deceitful phone engineers will continue to encourage people to waste thier funds on transision devices; because that there is their honeyPot.

It's better to experience it. Get any product from xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, Lenovo, realme or LG then compare this device to a Tecno or infinix device.

I used to harbor the idea that mtk devices can't get android update, until cubot, gionee and even micromax in India started doing it.
Gionee m5 till date is still regarded as one of the evergreens.
Lenovo k5 note had a lot of praises from the lips of users, even the LG k10 also had android users buzzing.

If there is any misconception or confusion clouding anyone's mind from focusing. It's clearly you, if you are so sure Tecno is here to stay, then don't mind when we expose the hiden disaster embedded in a Transission device.
If you are so sure of Tecno pulling the market, then continue to market these cheap scams you are trying to paint a smartphone and let us keep exposing the lie.
