In transision's case, Transission is not a smartphone making company. They have no right to be marketing their product as a smartphone.
I am not forcing anyone not to get a Transission device.
All I am doing is ensuring that these innocent Nigerians are aware of what is actually inside the cased trash Transission is selling.

Three offline instances.
A friend bought the infinix hot 8, without me knowing. His complaint ranges from slow charge, heating, phone occasionally going off for no reason.
He has gone back to using his galaxy j3 with broken screen. Because he actually saved for months only to waste it on an infinix product.

A friend bought Tecno spark 4 a week after, the device factory reset on its own after the own left it to charge.
I didn't pity him much, because he was strong headed, luckily for him he got a cubot phone which he is enjoying.

Two months ago, a work colleague itel A55 or whatever the model is, no longer takes picture. Neither the front nor the dual back cameras is accessible.

Let's not mention the numerous complaints we see online here on nairaland.
Are you being woefully ignorant or you just don't want to see the harsh realities Nigerians are facing in Nigeria at the hands of Transision...

Are you being honest or you are new to the android system?
Talkback feature has been in existence before even the first camon device was made by Tecno. Why all these deceitful propagandas to keep swaying Nigerians to spend their hard earned money on wastage?
The other day na "digital wellbeing" being speculated as a feature that is peculiar to a specific device, let alone it being unique to the Infinix brand.

If tecno and her hios team went to the school of the blind its because we the enlightened kept saying "Only a blind person will use a Tecno phone". Tecno literally took the indirect speech and have decided to exploit the blind.
How low can these Transission fraud go?

I neither use the camon 15 premier [My ancestors will not permit me to be openly useless] nor do I use infinix note 7 [I cannot be Brought to my knees just to get a phone to be smart]
Yet I have both the Talkback and wellbeing feature on my device.
According to Transision.
If you want the Talkback feature buy Tecno camon 15 premier since the hios team originated it.
If you want digital wellbeing feature buy the infinix note 7.
That's is if you are dumb or ignorant enough to believe any of these features can only be found on an outdated device like tecno or infinix products.

I bought the redmi 8 46.5k for a relative.
It's quite clear I spent more.
But the user of the redmi 8 is having a blast, can't say same for the cheap 34k spark 2 user.

Many friends and love ones have always begged me to be less aggressive when people make English blunders or fail with word construction.
You can't have cheap and then affordable in the same sentence.

Something cheap can be very expensive.
Something affordable is cost effective not cheap.

The redmi note 9 that got launched few hours ago, has all the bells and whistles a midrange device should house, and borrowed some flagship specs too[NFC] joins the fold, [ Transission users please stair clear, that feature is not useful to you].
Yet its not a cheap phone, it is affordable.

This is plainly imaginative and not going to be easy to comprehend or relate to.
But just fantom it anyway you possibly can.

If the redmi note 9 is sold for 95k[which obviously won't happen even if it comes with a 6/128 configuration, the redmi note 9s costs less than 80k and the redmi note 9s is an all round better device than the redmi note 9], the redmi note 9 will still be a more affordable buy when compred to the Tecno Camon 15 premier if Tecno 15 premier sells for 28k [which is humanly impossible seeing the piece of disgrace which is saturated with all forms of deceit and outdatedly organised software and hardware sells for 95k].

In simple sentence.
Redmi note 9 at 95k is affordable.
Tecno camon 15 premier at 28k is cheap.

Affordable is something that costs you a little extra financially, but in value is worth 2times the money spent.
Cheap is when you go way less than your budget to pay for an item, when it comes to value you are better off not buying the item because its going to shoot a hole deep into your finance you won't see coming.

Tecno camon 15 premier is sold for roughly 95k, without any form of fast charge support.
Redmi note 9s is sold for 71k, comes with 18watts fast charge support, ships with a 22watts charger in the box.

Infinix note 7 is expected to ship with mtkhelioG70 and there are speculations it may never arrive with that chipset to Nigeria won't be the first time infinix does it though, they did it with their first note series were they marketed the note pro to come with 13mp camera lens when it was the same 8mp camera found on the note
Usb type b, no form of protection for the screen and a washed out hd resolution is expected, no fast charge support.
Redmi to launch the redmi note 9 with mtkhelioG85 that is just 0.5 shy of the note 8 pro launched last year.
USB type c, corning gorilla glass 5 front protection [sadly, no back glass this year for the note 9].
Usb type c with 18watts fast charge as well as a 22watts charger in the box.

Infinix note 7 will most definitely be priced above 70k.
Guess what, the redmi note 9 will be priced at an unbelievable price of...... Not allowed to say�.

I can confidently tell you, no matter the availability of parts of any transision device, it will still remain a sad excuse for a java phone.
No matter the availability of parts of a Transission device, it will not give it gyroscope, compass or even gravity sensor.
No matter how much parts is available, the camon 15series will not have usb type c, or support any form of fast charge.
Even if the parts are available on the roadside, a Transission device will always remain a lowend java phone with poorly assembled specs.

Samsung.
Huawei.
Realme.
Xiaomi.
Redmi.
Vivo.
Lenovo.
And many more will provide you parts even if you live in sambisa forest.
But the day you change any part of your tecno, infinix or itel device

You do know the Mi 10 pro is over 200k right?
If you are getting a phone of that amount you should have measures in place to enjoy the device.
I for one would just be honest here. If you have touched a device with the 120hz refresh rate. You will become automatically depressed each time you are using a device with anything less.
Realme 6 is punching a hole in the redmi note 9 pro's game in India for one major reason. The realme 6series have higher refresh rate than the note 9series.
If not for other areas like pricing, 5020mah, and ir blaster. Redmi will be licking their sorry loss right now.

man, doogee makes terrible phones. I've read online reviews and have a friend that bought one on AliExpress 2yrs back, their phones are real shady.

Not a friend. I bought the doogee y6 max. Me, not a friend. @noobody shipped it from China to me.
My only disappointment was the device not getting an android update from android 6.
Till date no infinix/Tecno made can compete with this device in price or function.
The phone fell about a month ago, and top of the phone stopped touching.
I was working on replacing the touchpad when the lock down got initiated.
I have tested almost every unknown brand available for international shipping from aliexpress to Nigeria.
So I have an above basic idea when it comes to these international companies.
Other than xiaomi, realme, oppo, vivo and Huawei.
The other brands I can recommend though by product not by name is doogee and cubot.

let me tell you a story

As a DIY guy, my friend bought a dish and free to air decoder, so he called me to help him in tracking Astra 28.8E and badir sat. As a novice but willing to learn kind of person I downloaded "satelite finder " due to the fact that my phone add compass sensor, it was responding and viewing all points in azimuth, my friend was amazed and decided to download same app in his Tecno phone, lo and behold when he opened the app, it was not responding, the satellite pointer just remained static, I can see the disappointment in his face but me no send am, that is how we use my phone to point at the direction of the satellite and did little adjustment, the free to air channels came up.
moral of my story, never listen to a Tecno marketer that says sensor don't matter

The reason why most Flagship device don't use a front flash is to minimise the top bezels. It's basically design related.
Also, the led notification is fading out too.
I don't mind the front flash disappearing. But I really do miss the led notification disappearing on recent flagship devices.
But low-midrange devices from companies like realme, xiaomi, oppo and Huawei should retain led and front flash. Seeing these tier of smartphones are not design driven.
