TheSuperNerd: Mister Ignoramus.
Nothing you say will cancel the fact that FIFA is bigger than France Football.
The placing of the FIFA the Best also wasn't publicised during the Afcon and attention was clearly on the Afcon if that is hard for you to get, it is your dense problem.
FIFA World Player of the year has always been bigger for years than the Ballon D'or which is why no one gave a damn whenever ballon d'or gave out its awards because it was restricted unlike the FIFA version.
Ballon d'or recent popularity surge is only because they joined with FIFA for 5-6 yrs between 2010 and 2015, renamed it to the FIFA Ballon D'or and walked away from the partnership after using FIFA's name and prestige to popularise the ballon d'or again after it went global an broke away from its award restrictions.
FIFA >>>> BDO anyday. One is clearly bigger from history. i think that partnership was a big mistake on Fifa side, it gave ballon d'or so much fame and I can't figure out what fifa benefited from it. Same way I see it as delusion when some football fans rate euros ahead of world Cup. |

TheSuperNerd: Minus Mohamed Salah, Lamine Yamal is easily the best and most effective RW in the world.
Even Saka (my favorite RW in the world at a time over a year ago) takes a backseat now behind Yamal. A
Madrid are monsters but Barca is the Bogeyman for Monsters.
Flick has been cooking and he is surely cooking up dominance in Spain and gradually Europe. See what Ancelotti gat to say about the new Berca style of play.

Again I say, wonderful!!!!!! will you rate modric above Figo or some other midfielders that never won World best? Will you say canavaro is the best defender ever? |

I don't think any of 2013 set is technically better than Mikel,Ideye and Victor Moses .

Think on that scenario and imagine the response of the US.

TheGoodJoe: First of all, the players are like diplomats. That is what makes the action of Libya ridiculous. Now some of the questions answered here needs clarification from the NFF than just saying it is all the fault of Libyans.
Okay, let us take it that it is all the Libyans fault, are we all saying in such a scenario the NFF has no obligation to TRY to remedy the situation. It is their fault, so we abandon them. Well, the Libyans and other African see it as neglect, poor hospitality and endangerment.
Finito. Oga, how do want this to be explained to you. The nff secured a landing permit for their chartered flight to land in uyo which would have settled the whole issue, and for me that's the ideal thing to do. Go through immigration processes at Ph, get back to the plane then off to uyo. |

kennysville: Dude! I think I have to respond to you now. This you have written up here is borderline absurd. I have never engaged you vehemently and be attacking your personality. But a word of advise? You cant be right at all times. Sometimes I wonder if you are married. Now as you usually say that one should attack the point and not the person, who travels without finding the proximity of their destination to the Airport they are landing? You are treating these folks like diplomats. This match has been on the calendar from I think June. Who okayed their original trip to Port Harcourt? How do you leave cause and start to attack effects? By your reasoning, Newton's 3rd law of motion is already invalidated.
You have a high credibility rating here bro, dont devalue it with needless arguments in a bid to look that part. You are always and have always been intelligent. No need to be trying too hard. word on marble. |

Just end it already and stop defending animals who unjustifiably almost killed your own NT, cooked up a fake agenda with fake pics and vids, and charged x5 of the standard price of plane fuel. TheGoodJoe:
I repeat. The NFF needs to furnish us further with the steps they took. I am talking of Sports ministries of States due to time but now the story has even changed from 1hr to 3hrs.
So what did the NFF protocol team do to prevent such embarrassment. We are looking bad due to this.
What did steps did they take to mitigate the crisis? Oga you need to go back to really understand the whole thing, the story never changed, LFF notified nff of their landing in ph 1hr into their flight which is 3hr before arrival. Nigeria teams have gone out for tournaments in the past and got stranded due to nff incompetence, did we go asking the host nation to come bail our team or we mount pressure on the nff. Either Libya got themselves stranded in sambisa or wherever, thier LFF or government should take responsibility, ours is just to assist. |

TheGoodJoe: The NFF man said they requested for buses. Then they are telling us they rejected buses. There are holes in his Story. The NFF protocol team must clarify this.
3hrs is enough to get buses from UYO to Port Harcourt. They won't even need the Rivers Ministry of Sport for any support with three hours. So the 1hr info. was a lie from the NFF. if this was twitter I would have say maybe you are looking for engagement. So at bold kindly tell us the truth, was it 2hrs or 1hr 30mins since you're so sure it's a lie. |

semid4lyfe: Just watched this Ola Aina's vlog.
Truly. It made me smile and laugh.
In all their shenanigans. the Libyans made a costly mistake by not blocking nternet access..
The internet access allowed us to escalate the issue via social media, and they effectively lost the info war.
By the way. was it the airport WIFI the players were using or were they given local sims with internet access? How were they able to access the internet? i read somewhere that an official from the Nigerian embassy came with food and wifi for them in the early hours of Monday. |
