The NJC is watching the CJ. It is not impossible though that his lawyers can set off a flurry of lawsuits before the Rivers State High Court to waste time awaiting the expiry of the HOA members who are not likely to win elections to return as members of the RHOA.

Fubara is obviously banking on using a deluge of cash to buy over the House of Assembly Members. The HOA know they have nothing to lose in contrast to Fubara whose political extinction looms in the horizon! If he dares use his Ijaw connection to cause problems with oil exploration in the Niger Delta he descends the ladder to become a warlord and his end is predictable.

The HOA would have taken a step in the direction of compromising the Supreme Court Judgement in it’s favour if it took up the invitation of Fubara who lacks integrity and cannot be trusted to not have a hidden agenda for inviting the Legislature to meet him instead of him going to meet them as ordered by the Supreme Court. Fubara is in continuing contempt of the Supreme Court as we speak. He is digging his own grave deeper still and setting the stage for his political funeral. His political burial is imminent.

Well, you probably know better. However, my optics bear out that all Wike wanted is for Fubara to ensure that the political structure that brought him to power is well taken care of so it can remain with Wike overseeing same for the good all co-travellers in their political family. As far as I know that will not have a negative effect on the delivery of democratic dividends to the good citizens of Rivers State. There is something called security votes.It is akin to slush funds of sorts. That alone by itself is more than sufficient to keep the political structure going but Fubara being a traitorous fellow overturned the applecart and thinks he can have things rosy. He does not know that on his own he cannot handle the political hounds seeking to grab the political space of Rivers State. He needed Wike. Folks turning him against Wike just seek to isolate him from Wike so they can take advantage of him and strike him and take over the political space. He will perforce serve them! Is it not better to tag with Wike. Fubara must be in regret right now.
