Oakenshield: supreme Court just helped those HOA members or else it wouldn't cost the the supreme Court to postpone till another election cycle comes. Those guys will do the bidding of Fubara and Wike as lost out
That is a pipe dream! HOA members who did not betray Wike when they had no Supreme Court judgement in their favour will not do so now!
Yanma yanma wey di woman dey cova under clothe! Decorum is expected to be in place while in the Senate Chambers and that applies to both genders. This is not about anyone persecuting the female gender joor! She was rude, crude and thugnacious on the floor of the Senate. If the fellow who threatened to impregnate Sen. Tinubu were on ground there would have been 'lights-out" in the Senate Chambers for the task to be accomplished!
NLC, that is not a trade dispute or labour matter. It is an employment dispute matter which is best handled at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria. They should go to Court! Go on strike and you won't be paid!
Babinski: It is said that the Will and Last Testament of Herbert Wigwe that was purportedly lodged in Florida contained 18 pages but the one brought down to Nigeria for domestication contained only 3 pages with the remaining missing.
It is also said that in the Will, neither Uche Wigwe nor Aig Aigboje Imokhuede was appointed as Asministrator or Guardian for the children. Rather an American woman was the Administrator and the Will allegedly made reference only to a Florida Asset and not the entire assets of Herbet in and outside the United States.
It was also said the the American woman was paid off in millions to cede Administratorship to Uche Wigwe.
All the foregoing are serious allegations that point towards fraud if proven to be true. They also knock out the claims that Herbert wanted his friend and cousin to be the Administrators of his Will as against any involvement by his extended family, simply by the fact that it is alleged that neither the cousin nor friend was on the Will.
In my own view, the Wigwe family request for transparency in the Administration of the Will is not asking too much considering that there are serious questions regarding the validity of the purported Will. And assuming that the Will is faulty, it is understandable that Aig and Uche Wigwe would not want any scrutiny or transparency.
Some may argue that Aig was Herbert's best friend but the fact that his children still attended the Super Bowl despite the tragic death of Herbert, his wife and first son cannot be excused in anyway. It speaks volumes.
The media smear campaign which was likely started from Aig's camp and the fact that he has withheld monthly allowance to Herbert Wigwe’s aged parents are inexcusable and do not portray Aig as a good, sincere and honest person regardless of his public image. The monthly allowance from Wigwe’s Estate to his aged parents, which had always been done even when Herbwrt was alive, is the right of the aged parents and cannot be at the pleasure of Aig for him to withhold it on the excuse that he is not pleased with the parents.
I want to conclude with the well known fact that Aig and Herbert screwed Erastus Akingbola who assisted them with loans to purchase Access Bank in the first instance. It will therefore not be strange to believe Aig can very well also screw Herbet dead or alive. People without principles have no sacred cows.
All the foregoing are serious allegations that point towards fraud IF PROVEN TO BE TRUE.
1phone: I won’t take much of your time with a long story. You may remember that late last month, I mentioned my boss refusing to pay my salary. At the time, I explained my situation and asked for advice on my next move, considering I don’t have an appointment letter to support any legal action.
Since then, I’ve taken some of the advice given—I started job hunting and have attended several interviews, both physical and virtual.
Fast forward to this morning: one of the companies I interviewed with shortlisted me for the next stage, which was scheduled as a virtual interview at 10:00 AM. I acknowledged the email without trying to reschedule since my boss and his wife usually resume work around 1–2 PM.
However, 15 minutes into the interview, my boss unexpectedly arrived. He headed straight to my office, and I noticed someone standing nearby, eavesdropping. I didn’t think much of it—until I realized it was him. He had heard everything! He then walked into my office and, without saying much, informed me that he had listened to my interview conversation. I greeted him, but there was complete silence before he left.
Honestly, I’m exhausted from working at this company but stayed back to secure another job before leaving. To make matters worse, I still haven’t been paid for last month.
My Questions: Will I still get my salary, knowing that I plan to resign? Do you think my boss will fire me before I resign? What should my next move be, and how should I handle my relationship with him before leaving?
Your goose is cooked! You are fired for cheating your workplace by using the time and facilities you are paid for to interview for a job elsewhere.
Folks should face their lives and stop intermeddling with the decision of Herbert Wigwe as to who he wishes to leave his wealth to! He had it all figured out to exclude his extended family from involvement in his estate after his death. I strongly believe the courts in Nigeria and America will consistently so hold. Aigboje means well for Herb's children and estate and should be left alone to execute the Trust. The Law has checks over the administration of trusts. The Family should let Aigboje do his job.
dibunotion: E don be. Fubara should find ways to make peace with these lawmakers (not Wike) for the sake of Rivers ppl so as to give them the development he promised. He should forget 2nd term if not he would be forced to do evil things and be worst than Wike.
I always told Fubs folk folks here Sim will lose network and end up with his nose bloodied in this matter.
Shameful death. Left a shameful legacy for his children and the Immigration Service. When a man lives righteous he will live well. He lived an unrighteous life and ended badly.

The actions taken by the federal government in Plateau (2004) and Ekiti (2006) were controversial in terms of their legality under the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria. Here’s why:
1. What the Constitution Says About a State of Emergency
Under Section 305 of the 1999 Constitution, the President can declare a state of emergency in a state, but only under specific conditions, such as:
- War, insurrection, or civil unrest that endangers public safety. - The breakdown of law and order beyond the control of local authorities. - A natural disaster or other emergencies that require federal intervention.
However, after declaring a state of emergency, the Constitution does not explicitly give the President the power to remove an elected governor. Instead, the governor remains in office, though his powers may be suspended.
2. Controversy Over the Removal of Governors
- In both Plateau and Ekiti, the federal government not only declared a state of emergency but also suspended the governors (Joshua Dariye and Ayo Fayose). - Legality Issue: There is no clear constitutional provision that allows the President to remove a governor via a state of emergency. The only constitutional ways to remove a governor are: 1. Impeachment by the State House of Assembly (Section 188). 2. Resignation or death of the governor. 3. A court ruling nullifying an election. - The federal government’s decision to suspend these governors and appoint sole administrators was therefore seen as extra-constitutional (outside the clear provisions of the law).
3. Was It Officially Justified?
- The federal government justified its actions by arguing that the crisis in those states made governance impossible and that decisive intervention was needed. - However, many legal experts and politicians criticized these moves as political overreach and an abuse of executive power. - The fact that this practice has not been repeated in later states of emergency (e.g., Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa during the Boko Haram crisis in 2013) suggests that it was not a legally sustainable precedent.
Conclusion
While the federal government carried out these actions and made them "official," they were not clearly legal under the 1999 Constitution. The removal of elected governors through a state of emergency remains a grey area and is widely viewed as unconstitutional.
Mumu idiat, that can't do a common research no be your fault, naa Glo and AI fault Idiat. Who's the child now, bastard

writetopoker601: If na me be fubara, I go declare war for Rivers, and make sure that the war go last for like 6 months until the Rivers Highcourt go declare there judgement on the detection matter
What a thought 💭! The FG working with the NASS will promptly declare a State of Emergency in Rivers State and appoint Wike as Sole Administrator!
Hankim: Then watch and see, he's unshakable, please stop talking like Agbero and be respectful to others
You will do well and see all my posts on Fubara. They contain my opinion on the character he is and factual and empirically verifiable! You needed to see Jake Epelle recently on Channels Tv on this same matter struggling to defend the indefensible that Fubara is! Pray, who demolishes the structure housing the Legislature(The People) in the desperate bid to avoid impeachment! Read the comments of the Supreme Court on him and you will think twice before referring to me as an agbero lacking in respect for others. I say no more to you and leave you to the judgment of readers here.
underpinna: Who will go after the pipelines, that's why I asked if Ateke or Asari will take those risks. It won't be easy for them too. They will be so hunted by the Nigerian army, just like Tompolo. The matter go long, boys gò kpie, military go kpie and their leaders, where them to run enter. Will Asari take the risk now that he is not too strong?
Will SIM be able to hide Ateke?
We are watching sha.
See gentle SIM, fighting a battle he never imagined.
He is not gentle but foolish in the extreme. His sort cannot assume the role of a Generalissimo in the Niger Delta. he lacks the balls.

Peacecore: The SC is yet to determine whether they've lost their seats or not. They only ruled on the existing matter of who is a member and speaker of RSHA and you were there criticizing them
Which House of Assembly did the Supreme Court order Fubara to present the budget to.
No! Germans will do well to learn from History. Here comes another Hitler set to lead Germans by the nose! Germany is best confined to being led in the path of peace by nations of the world that are not inclined to war.
