OK, then go and do those things, it won't stop others from doing what they are doing.

Stop making noise online and get to work!

(Then maybe you can actually learn something about the things that you wrote about).
Corruption. Gross power inadequacy and insecurity. Deal with those in that order and we will be good to go.

You forgot to add buhari visited Germany and the result was the Siemens deal , infact abba kyari, died when he traveled to Germany to follow up on the deal during covid.
What power has the much touted Siemens deal brought us. That ABBA Kyari fellow: don’t even go there! Corruption is a big issue we must deal with in Nigeria @naptu. Corruption undermines every good Nigeria sets out to do! Nitel building fire at the Marina Lagos, Nitel failed to work but MTN has made a fortune in Nigeria, security hardware contracts….. Alex Badeh, Dasuki and others who stole the monies meant to buy the equipment…. bought used presented as new —- Gen. Olanrewaju complained and was quietly eased out. I could continue.

You always ask questions that are completely out of point.

You are the same person that came to the previous thread to say that nothing ever comes from these trips, yet today you mention the dairy farm in Ekiti, which came from one of this kind of trips. I created a thread about that farm and it's doing fine.

An Overview Of Ekiti State's Ikun Dairy Farm
https://www.nairaland.com/6572906/overview-ekiti-states-ikun-dairy

Just as this farm will do fine.

It was because of you that I made that post about people that shouldn't be taken seriously. The results of all these trips are visible for all to see, but you can never see them because you've been blinded by negativity.
Great then if Ikun dairy farm works well. It is just that I have not seen nor felt it. My joy. I do not criticize for the fun of it. I’m focused on the good of Nigeria.

O P,neptu2, thanks for great Information
Fine, investors are attracted to Nigeria by the visit of the President Tinubu but they will need electricity to run the business optimally. The business will CERTAINLY not run profitably running on generators and expensive diesel! Power sector is where the attention should be even as we deal with corruption and insecurity. The President needs to sit at home and fix this.

I created this post on March 19th.

The results of all these trips are so obvious and visible that anybody that says he can't see them is not serious at all.

President Goodluck Jonathan visited China (I created the thread) and the result was the Abuja - Kaduna rail line.

President Buhari visited China (I created the thread again) and the result was the Lagos - Ibadan rail line, the Railway University and the Railway workshop that builds coaches.

At different times Governors Babatunde Fashola and Babajide Sanwo-Olu visited China and the result was the trains that run on the Blue Line.

President Tinubu visited Qatar and the result was the free housing estates that Qatar is building for victims of Boko Haram and bandit attacks across northern Nigeria.

There are so many other projects across transportation, electricity, waste disposal, manufacturing and so on and so forth that have come from these trips and they are visible for all to see.
We want electric power and security with corruption stamped out. With those in place the people we seek to attract will come over themselves on our own terms. Very simple strategy!

What have we done with the one at Ikun Ekiti? Has Nigeria enforced the laws against open grazing and organized cattle breeders into ranchers with the multiplier effect of dairy production? Have we sufficiently made Vom and the temperate areas of Nigeria sufficiently safe for dairy farmers? A very close watch of the signed document is bound to disclose what becomes of the venture it envisages.

Who ignores the US constitution and is totally lawless in all he does, including his latest crazed, murderous adventure into Iran, ostensibly inter alia to distract from the Epstein scandal that fingers him as a child rapist.

Now Trump is about to send ground troops into Iran to get SLAUGHTERED by Iranian forces, and the military boys in America are ready to go in there and risk their lives for this Epstein criminal and vandal. In an unprovoked, illegal war that violates international law and their own constitution.

Is the US MILITARY THE BIGGEST GATHERING OF ZOMBIES IN HUMAN HISTORY?

I know the likes of late gov Ajumobi, and the present governors may also be indulging in such uncalled attitude of amassing state wealth.

We came to this world with nothing and will surely leave with nothing..

Even the children are in court and gotten a restrain order for no one should access those properties because of who will take possession.
Greed let to some of our bad roads within areas. And we see governors focusing only on federal roads to get federal allowance from federal government.

This clown is whom some are saying is their messiah?

Giringori is on his way out of the ADC after just registering as a card carrying member less than 3 weeks ago.

Giringori is leaving the ADC after it became clear he has no chance in having Atiku pick him as a running mate.

Contrary to what Giringori and his imbe supporters claim, Giringori joined the ADC solely on the assumption that Atiku will pick him as running mate. But Atiku is in talks with Amaechi as a potential running mate despite Amaechi insisting on seeking the party's nominal ticket. Atiku, however wants Amaechi as a running mate and has told Amaechi's camp that if he (Atiku) gets the ticket over Amaechi he will need Amaechi to run alongside him. This move has totally removed giringori from the equation and is why Giringori now wants to exist the ADC to any other mushroom party as long as they can guarantee him automatic ticket.

Pathetic.
He is an independent candidate of sorts.

Misplaced. It is so annoying seeing President Tinubu doing a State Visit to U.K. recently ostensibly to market Nigeria's potential. Ask me what potentials is put on display by Nigeria as we speak. We have on display to the whole world largely incompetent and conscienceless politicians who lead the country as well as a space that grossly lacks electricity and security. Which meaningful FDI will come into such a space. The countries he goes to will, cautiously, vaguely, and in a highly formal language manage their response to the President as he calls for them to invest in Nigeria by concealing their disaffection with the bad governance prevalent in Nigeria. It is called diplomatese! It focuses on maintaining dialogue, avoiding direct confrontation, and using euphemisms to describe negative situations, such as calling a badly governed Nigeria "a well positioned but challenged country"! Britain will sign commercial FDI agreements into which they will build clauses making the sought investments conditional on the provision of security, power and ease of doing business (another diplomatese for .."assurance that your political leadership will not be corrupt and inept as usual"!
We will do well to tell ourselves the truth and change our corrupt and evil ways that has turned us into a laughing stock among the comity of nations!

You sound ignorant. Osinbajo got outplayed at the party primaries and not by a large sample oc Nigerians at general election. Thats where criminalizing vote buying comes into play and you know what the verdict was few weeks ago as regards vote-buying
1. You do not have to be rude, abusive and impolite to make your views known. I was about a robust discussion of the matter and not interested in the internal workings of any political party in Nigeria.
2. Nonetheless, one can glean from your response that the responsibility for missing out on the sound prospects of an Osinbajo Presidency is not that of Nigerians at large but that of a few at the party primaries and during the elections. I disagree. There have been instances when the general populace rise up to take a position and they prevail in their demands. We have not deployed such initiatives to demand good governance. Let me give you an example of what I mean. Just this afternoon in the city in which I live I drove past an ill-constructed and badly maintained public primary school where a large crowd of citizens were manually pumping portable water from a manual borehole located not quite 500 metres from three monstrous water reservoirs containing water! Reason they don't have water is because the government neglected to lay pipes connecting the water reservoirs to their homes and streets!! I was angry but cooled down when I recalled that the same folks love to dance under the hot sun following the campaign throng of the wicked politicians who steal the funds required to provide them with portable water! It shows that the responsibility for our national woes is well spread across the citizenry. To crown it all, I arrived home and quickly switched the borehole on my residential premises so folks who lack portable water can have access to it at my expense. Not long a fight started at the dual pumps provided. Two parties were contending that they would have exclusive access to the water saying it was at their instance that I pumped the water!!! I wished they would march to the Local Government in protest with the same zeal! I turned off the taps so I could have some piece!!!! What a country we live in!
