Yet the Federal Government and Christians who want to sound politically correct will continue to say there is no Christian genocide in Nigeria. The U.S.A. and men of good conscience the world over know that insecurity in Nigeria is beyond its effects on Muslims and the general populace and the genocidal angle is real as it relates to Christians especially in Northern Nigeria. Except you are a public servant you do not earn up to n12m or thereabouts in a year you do not pay taxes. You are only required to declare your income. The Tax Laws are largely aimed at folks who are the rich in our society. That way they will become more interested in who governs them and the need to ensure good governance by getting involved in the political process. Which sue?
He has a right to sue that an unlawful lien was placed on his account though. However, the bank has a reason to justify the lien too. The only problem being that they may not be willing to go the whole hog for the customer.
Getting the police involved will shorten the process and if he is brought to the bank to see the CCTV footage himself, the police will shakara him there and then and threaten to be a witness against him in court.

At the time the owner asked for his number, the bank faced absolute no risk in releasing the number to him.
On the Law as it stands today in Nigeria I do not agree with you. The Law firmly is that a bak can neither place a PND on a customer’s account or reveal details of his account to a third party without a court order and that is regardless of his signed consent in his account opening documents.

Good evening my fellow Nairalanders.

On the 28th of December, I went to Access bank to request for a new ATM card. While waiting for my turn, another customer, an elderly man of around 50years reached out to me saying i should help him out with my powerbank so he can power his phone and set his mobile app of which i obliged. I gave him the powerbank, when the bank staff was attending to me; the old man left the banking with my powerbank.

I quickly remember and raised alarm. His form was later sort out and his phone number was called. He picked and said he won't bring the powerbank. He ended up blocking the staff number. I requested they give me his number so i can trace him. They refuse and said it's against their policy.

The powerbank is very costly. Pls what can i do get my property
Simply approach a Lawyer who will bring a motion on notice before the court seeking to compel the bank to release the identity of the man in question following which you will will have a petition written to the police against him. You will, in the end have him prosecuted for fraudulent conversion et al Sorry about that. have a blessed 2026.

fergie001:
Atiku did nothing.
He is a Nigerian and reserves the rights to contest like any Nigerian.

In 2002/3, when everyone agreed OBJ and the South should do a second term, the late Abubakar Rimi (Kano/Jigawa State) contested the PDP Primary with OBJ despite been an appointee of the Govt of OBJ, nobody harassed Rimi. This was the first time Buhari will contest and with ANPP, he didn't care the South should contest, that was the same man we endorsed twice years later. He defeated Okorocha.
So, every Nigerian can contest a million times if he/she so chooses.
Atiku is no longer in the PDP, the same people who are shouting themselves hoarse led the zoning committee and did nothing because they didn't want to microzone. The same people who did not obey micro-zoning the PDP National Chairmanship in 2017 to the SW because "Yorubas are not to be trusted" but today singing another tune...in the same PDP oooo.
Why is zoning always a problem at National but not in States where we have certain zones producing the Governors and no one complains. In the APC Primary, that was supposedly South-Zoned, is Ahmad Lawan from Abia State? What if he had won? Does the Zoning also include regions and not religion?

Let me not digress; back to the suit:
Now, the SDP had similar case (a leadership crisis), conducted a Primary attended by INEC and the Court held that leadership disputes are neither INEC's nor the Court's business to dabble into. Justice Emeka Nwite of the FHC ruled that all SDP Candidates should be on the ballot. INEC obeyed but appealed, the Appeal Court also ruled on October 17, asking INEC why they will refuse to list a Primary they monitored. INEC went to the Supreme Court two weeks ago and also lost plus got a fine of ₦2m. Turaki-led NWC will go to Court alongside its NEC & BoT, that's my humble opinion.

So ordinarily, but for eggheads like Wike involved, INEC will not bat an eyelid putting Oluyede's name, citing recent judgements of the Courts.
Comforting to note that INEC is on record as saying that it will act according to court orders. As to Atiku, the issue is not whether he is constitutionally entitled to contest the Presidency as a citizen of Nigeria. That is not in doubt. What is in issue is his dishonourable conduct in insisting on contesting the Presidency on the platform of PDP when it is common knowledge that PDP has agreed to zone the office to the South of Nigeria. Atiku’s dishonourable conduct marked the beginning of the end of PDP and he jumped ship elsewhere after he wrecked PDP. Ask yourself seriously, what kind of a human being is that! Atiku is a desperate politician!

Liar! And someone is trying to lie and cover up the real cause of the accident which was over speeding and dangerous overtaking. Truth as it appears to me is that the driver was, on very high speed, overtaking on the far right which is the parking lane or lay-by where the stationery trailer (as shown on the third picture below) was rightly parked. It is a very common genre of reckless and dangerous driving I regularly see happening on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway! That Trailer was lawfully positioned where it was. Truth is being covered up by someone for whatever reason. The FRSC already spoke up. Little wonder it took sometime before the picture of the frontage of the now-wrecked accident vehicle got out to the public space. Before now what was commonly seen was the back of the accident vehicle and I kept asking myself why is the front not shown. I kept suspecting somebody was trying to hide something and suppress information flow. The driver drove furiously in a terror style into the belly of the stationary trailer: that much is now clear! Rather than attempt a cover-up the authorities will do well to educate the motoring public on the dangers in overtaking on the right where you might just have a stationary vehicle parked (as in the instant case) or a pedestrian standing or someone fixing a bad tire. Except for the burst rear tyre and its badly dented rim the stationary trailer bare had any sign on it showing it was badly rammed by the accident vehicle at a terrorist speed! Here you have a lying Policeman saying it was a collision!!! Thoroughly shameless for 30 pieces of silver in betrayal of public trust!!!

FRSC Zonal Commander, ACM Oladayo Visits Anthony Joshua's Vehicle Accident Scene For Post Assessment; Urges Caution, Reassures Corps' Swift Response

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has reaffirmed its commitment to rapid emergency response and road safety enforcement following a fatal crash on the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State involving world-renowned boxer, Anthony Joshua and his team, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report.

The Zonal Commanding Officer (ZCO) of the FRSC RS2 Lagos Zone, Assistant Corps Marshal, ACM Ann O. Oladayo, today Tuesday conducted an on-the-spot assessment of the accident scene, following widespread public interest and conflicting reports surrounding the incident that occurred yesterday.

Speaking with pressmen during the assessment visit, ACM Oladayo said the inspection was necessary to establish the true facts, noting that some FRSC operatives were already present at the corridor when the crash occurred yesterday. “A lot of reports are out there, but we decided to come for an eyewitness account because some of our operatives were here when it happened. We needed to ascertain what actually occurred,” she said.

According to the FRSC, preliminary findings from eyewitnesses revealed that a trailer conveying soya beans was properly parked off the road, waiting to be offloaded, when a speeding vehicle conveying popular international boxing champion, Anthony Joshua and his friends ran into it. “From what we gathered, the truck was not on the road. It was waiting to be offloaded and was well off the carriageway when the vehicle ran into it,” Oladayo explained.

She dismissed claims that the FRSC failed to respond promptly, stressing that the Corps arrived at the scene within minutes. “Immediately we heard of the incident, we were here in under three minutes. Our priority was rescue. Unfortunately, we lost two lives, but the injured were rescued and taken for medical attention,” she said.

The Zonal Commander added that suspected over-speeding and possible wrongful overtaking were being investigated as likely causes of the crash, noting that the impact force which pulled out the trailer’s tyres suggested excessive speed. “On this highway, the speed limit is 100km/h. From the impact, it is likely that the vehicle exceeded that limit. Investigation is still ongoing,” she stated.

An eyewitness, Yusuf Ajala Oluwaseun, who was at the scene when the crash occurred, blamed persistent speeding along the highway. “We just heard a loud boom. At first, we thought it was a tyre burst. People overspeed a lot on this road. Just last week, an 18-seater bus speeding here hit a man and overturned. FRSC came and rescued the victims,” he said.

Another eyewitness, Sodiq Ayo, confirmed the swift arrival of emergency responders of FRSC and described the moments after the crash. “I heard a sound and came out. People were shouting that someone was still inside the Jeep. When we realised it was Anthony Joshua, everyone gathered, a lot of people were doing video of Anthony Joshua. But before people arrived fully, FRSC came and rescued them,” he recounted.

The FRSC Zonal Commander, Oladayo noted that the damaged trailer has been moved to its facility using a heavy-duty tow truck, while the SUV involved in the crash is currently in the custody of the Ogun State Police Command, as investigations continue. She used the opportunity to caution motorists to plan their journeys properly, avoid over-speeding and reckless overtaking, and ensure their vehicles are roadworthy before travelling.

Thank You Jesus
Except for the burst rear tyre and its badly dented rim the stationary trailer barely had any sign on it showing it was badly rammed from behind by the Anthony Joshua accident vehicle travelling at a speed similar to that of a terrorist on a mission to ram his explosives laden vehicle into a Foreign Mission Gate! Anthony Joshua survived that accident by an eleventh hour miracle Jesus gave him. Anthony Joshua will be wise to seek Jesus!

Thank You Jesus
Thank you Ma'am FRSC. Some fellow some where for whatever reason is trying to change the narrative. Anthony Joshua probably now has his left fist docked and his gloves hung in a premature retirement from boxing signalling and end to his boxing career simply because a driver chose to drive recklessly. I doubt very much that anyone will in Britain where Anthony Joshua lives drive that recklessly overtaking at very high speed another vehicle on the right hand side where a vehicle might just be parked as in the instant case.

The prophecy, allegedly shared two months ago by a prophetess known as BrightTheSeer, has gone viral after a related video re-emerged on TikTok, sparking intense debate across social media. While fans express concern and speculation, many are questioning the connection between prophecies, coincidence, and real-life events surrounding the former heavyweight champion. The trending discussion has ignited reactions from boxing fans, religious communities, and online commentators worldwide.
