I want to believe you are asking if you can get approval even if your show pof slightly lesser than what you require. Well, is your dad your sponsor or he is just giving you a one off gift?
If the amount is significant then you have to give details of his source of money, his SOA, and proof or relationship.

What's your study gap? When did you finish school?
That money will not be enough. Your sponsor should be targeting about 30m in his acct of which he should transfer atleast your living expenses to your own acct

I got an admission to study in canada my tuition fee for 1 year tuition fee is 20500 Canadian dollar.
And a tuition deposit of 500Cad, have paid my tuition deposit but the issue now is that am using a sponsor to apply for my study Visa and the amount found in the sponsors account is within the range of 13 million to 20 million I don't know if I can use such bank statement as proof of fund.

Are you working or doing your business? If your answer is yes, then you must show something significant in your account to show you have been earning money and also show your current source of income is of economical value to justify having to go spend 10s of millions of naira in Canada.

So this is my question
1. Am I too young to do self sponsored.
2. Globus bank doesn’t offer MBS (can I use the print out statement while my business acct GTB I will use MBS)
3. Do I really need to add the common law documents? I just wanted to do that to strengthen my home tie.
4. Is 35m POF okay for just me to live in Vancouver.
5. Should I write both LOE and SOP (my agent said I only need LOE)
6. Any additional documents or information will I need to summit ?

1. Well, you will have to put up a convincing story in your sop/LOE on how you have accumulated 24m in the space of few years. I want to assume your business hasn't been more than 3 years considering your age and when you probably finished your first degree and NYSC. Just assuming. In my opinion, you are young but as I said it's how you put up your story.

2. Yes you can use the online generated statement if globus bank even if it's not MBS

3. If your story is claiming you have a common law partner that you intend to come back to, then you must back them with strong evidence. Evidence that must show you guys have lived together for atleast a year. Docs like, shared utility bills, shared joint accts. Best is to attach your home rental agreement showing you and your partner as that you guys have lived together for atleast a year. I know in naija utility bill most times bears name of landlord. So that rental agreement is your best bet.

4. Whether 35m being ohk is dependent on the cost of your tuition since you said it's a 2 years program. We don't have that information. You already said your agent worked it out.

5. SOP/LOE are always interchanged. Write just your sop, inside it, explain in details whatever you want to explain.

6. Hope you have strong supporting business docs to show how you at your age must have accumulated 35m.

No way you get the answer you want without giving more information on your tuition fee and duration of your program

No guarantee they will respond before September classes resumes. If you can defer, do and apply for cbsc notes.

It's dangerous to assume approval will come just by injecting more funds without doing a holistic review of your whole application especially with your supporting docs

No they don't.
You have to apply through OCAS though.
Go throughthe ocas site, there are lots of colleges with their specific program requirements in terms of subject like maths, chemistry and so on.
Then as for the agent stuff, i think it's just cambrian college that does this.

Another thing to note though, sometimes for mature applicants applying for diploma if the study gap year is quite high, admission may not be given.

Durham college. - ON

So I just spoke to him. He has the UCI number.

Unfortunately, he sent his passport to the agent to have his visitor visa stamped.
Agent is demanding for 3.5m to be paid in full before releasing the passport or they'll ensure he gets a ban.

I advised him to get a police report stating his passport is missing. That way, he can send a webform to IRCC stating his current IRCC account has been compromised and tender the police report. That should mitigate any plan the agent has in getting him banned.

Then, he can apply for a new passport and start the new visa application process afresh.

Not necessary. As long as your Visa is still valid at point of entry, travel. It's at POE you will you have to explain why you deferred and also show proof of fund. So to help your matter, try pay your tuition before you eventually travel and ofcourse you will show them at POE updated pof as well.

As long as you defer to a session/intake when your visa is still valid then you should be fine

Does he have the UCI number? If yes, I think he should just open a new portal acct, fill the immigration forms with his former UCI number and the portal will be automatically linked with the previous portal with regards to not having to do another biometrics. What I am not sure of is if the new portal will display previous history of applications

Did you order your GCMS? That should be best way you know exact reason for your refusal. What was the generic reason of refusal they gave you??

Have you gotten an admission? If no, make sure the program aligns with what you are currently doing if you are working or doing your business then also work with budget of your pof when choosing a school. Consider duration of program and cost of tuition. Goodluck

Yes. You might not even have to submit supporting docs to show what the parent does. Just state in your sop what the parents does, and how the parent has always been a pillar of support to you hence they deem it fit to support with such cash gift. Attach birth certificate and parent ID to prove relationship.

If I have a brother (half-brother, who is my sponsor) from the same mother but different father, how do I proof that he is my brother aside using picture.

Birth certificates of both of you should bear same name for mother.
If you can also add evidence previous commitments to show when he has helped you in the past and why it's not out of place him sponsoring your study.

It's not just about showing the money, what explanations and documents are you providing to show that the money was legitimately made and available for study.

Have you responded to all the concerns of the VO?

My brother isn't sponsoring me fully. He will pay $9,309 my first semester deposit and will be giving me his account statement but i'll be taking care of my living expenses, flight, accommodation cost myself. My course is 2 years and i have no dependant.

I've been into business for a while now so i want to submit my personal account statement alongside his own.

Then that's fine. Don't fail to add supporting docs of your brother as your sponsor and explain why your brother should sponsor you with possible evidence.
