kuby22: Well, the reason to why TTC hasn't been successful this while "may" lie with him. So I'll advise you tell your partner to run a seminalysis. It takes two to succeed in TTC! You've been ascertained ok. He needs to be ascertained ok as well! |

Please doctor in the house, I need your help. This evening I touched my testicles and I found out that one of my left testicles has something like boil on it. I feel weird about. I'm not talking of the scrotal sac but the testicle which cannot be seen. Before now, I find out that I have a painless boil on my penile organ. Please can you tell me what is happening to me. I don't have difficulty in urination or any other activity. Please endeavour to give me answers, I need it. Thanks |

Dear sir, am 48 and having irregular periods, sometimes every circle or every 2 cycles. Could this be menopause? I also have watery clear discharge,I did a test, doctor prescribed dazel kit, but I find the discharge persistent after it had stopped for some months. Thank you sir |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 5:23am On Dec 18, 2014 |
iyaayi: At 48, your estrogen level is most likely low. You're so close to menopause. Your irregular period pointing to menopause. Your recurrent discharge, well I once explained why most times these discharge tend to recur after treatment. Let me ask, are you still sex*ually active? |

Tnks Docs 4 answering my past questions. Right now, i m weaning (for 5days nw) bt i m stil noticing a lump around my aerola, close 2 my nipple. pls is it normal? If yes, what should i take 2 dissolve it? it's too heavy 4 me o, and painful too. i am just a first-tyme-mum. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 12:48am On Dec 19, 2014 |
Consy11: Hi Consy11, Lump around the aerola are quite normal and common especially during lactation. But since you said you've been noticing it for five days now, please massage your breast and areola more often before nursing, apply a warm compress to your breasst to help loosen and express milk and most of all frequent nursing too helps to alleviate pain and the lump Most causes of this painful lump is due incomplete drainage of milk by the baby, and this causes blockage of ducts which leads to formation of lumps which is sometimes associated with pain... Do you use a breasst pump? 3 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 6:54am On Dec 19, 2014 |
Tashamania:Nice one. But she said she's "weaning" so, she isn't breastfeeding or going to breastfeed her baby anymore. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 7:12am On Dec 19, 2014 |
chimkaire: Shes still weaning which means shes gradually introducing the baby to its adult diet and to that effect, she still gives the baby breastmilk sometimes |

enaeni: From discretion, it seems you were placed on PID treatment. Well, your scan report would have given me an insight on what the cause may actually be. Let me ask, was your partner placed on antibiotics as well? |

Hi doctors in the house. Pleeeeeeeeeeease i need help asap. ( little background story) iv been ttc for 3yrs. I have irregular period( i've only had about five this year). Yesterday my period came after months of therapy and the pain was nothing I've ever experienced bf, before the period came i craved so many things which i don't wen menstruating and no pms whatsoever bf, but this one is different, from craving, sore nipples, thirst, frequent urinating to severe cramping. The issue now is, the pain won't go away. These are what i noticed since yesterday 1. Cramping on my right side( upper part of my right pelvis) at times it stretches to my left side and at times to my rithigh. 2. Tissues in the blood 3. Little blood clot pls should i be worried? |

Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 9:54pm On Dec 19, 2014 |
Consy11: Some lactating mothers do experince this kind of painful bump(not lump) around their areolae. You just recently stopped bre*stfeeding, so that explains why the pain stil lingers. The pain is likely an inflammation in the areola due to Staph aureus that penetrated the tiny cracks in your areola. NSAID should relieve the pain. Then you can dab the painful area with warm saline. You'll be fine! 1 Like 1 Share |

Tashamania: I have it on my penile organ. About my testicles, I am not saying the scrotal sac but the testicles inside the scrotal sac. I can feel it whenever I touch the left testicle. |

Thanks Maybe the surgery part was abit too fast but I was taught that mastitis develops into breast abcess (pus) that may need to be drained by surgical means, huh? |
