I saw the project the other day. Though it's not really improved much the last time i saw it, i was impressed that gradually it's becoming a reality that we can have a speed train running in Nigeria. I'm not Yoruba but i so much love that project & here is wishing that other states & the FG can learn from Fashola & implement this in a larger scale linking many major cities in Nigeria. It won't be easy but it's not impossible. Fashola have really set the pace and i am so happy for him.

Fashola is busy carting away billions from white elephant projects while some naive goons are busy bleating eko oni ogbanje.

I drive past the site everyday and I'm satisfied with the rate of work and its progress.

aljharem, don't play such politics bro, that light rail project is one of a kind in Nigeria....leave the issue of it being operational or not to the time it starts working.... Fashola has been good enough in the area of projects implementation. The last time Lagos had a governor like BRF was jakande...

Provide us with pictures of the Abuja light rail and we'll appreciate it if its good. At least the internet will help us follow the progress in this country. And also, the total project length is 54km.....I'm sure you've never witnessed a rail project of this scale in your lifetime.....except u're 80 years old or somthing.
