Why is the north poor after having presidents from the region fror many years? If gej is taking advantage of insecurity in the north to loot the country, I will still blame the north for it. If they did not decide to make nigeria ungovernable, there won't be need to spend so much on security. The money they want for amnesty has been allocated to the police and army.

The UN is watching to know if gej will grant amnesty to those that killed their staff. Foriegn company workers and families who have been killed by these people are also watching.
