You raised a good point, it is true that some people really don't have a good hair texture tho. I don't know how to describe mine , but I have never used relaxer, I don't even put oil on it ,I let grow then I cut

the comb is not passable in my hair, this is why i relax my hair. using my natural just creates my pain for me

Black hair is hard to comb, i get that. But the hassle is not more than weave or perms.. if combing is the problem just soak your hair in water or oil. (they even have specific products for the purpose)

Don't get me wrong ma'am, i fully understand why you do it. I just think the excuses are silly. Just admit that you think straight hair looks better, no biggie

i get where you coming from, but for me using oils and water does not work for me, ive tried both and i have ended up in tears for when combing my hair, this is why i relax my hair and makes it neater for when i braid my hair

ive tried combing when it was wet for instance when ive just finished washing my hair.
i use the organic root relaxer
