The cops/officials are there watching.

Boston is a predominantly white city with one of the best morals and uprightness in the US. I'm kinda surprised. If it were Boston or Baltimore, it wouldn't have been surprising.

In Boston, 1 every 113 person is a victim, in the safest city in the USA (Franklin, MA), it's 1 out of 3981.

Boston is not even amongst the top 100 safest cities in the USA

Ho check the records for crimes in Boston, you'd see that it's one of the lowest in the US. It's understandable because the standard of living and calibre of people that live in Boston are higher than those in a lot of American city. There are a lot of educated folks who attend or attended greate schools in the Boston area which includes Harvard, MIT, Boston college etc. These things help shape people. But that's not to say there are no criminal elements in Boston. But they're not as pronounced as you have in predominantly Black cities like Baltimore, Atalanta, Detroit etc.

The police doesn't necessary have to be there, but fear of being caught by a cop is there.. In this video, I'm not seeing that. They were prolly told to take them.

They were not looting. The Marathon Organizers had placed those items out and people were bringing them to the wounded. Were there some people that took them, sure, but not all of those people.
