What was wrong with paying initially? Yes they wanted to cut corners which was the reason they were threatened and maybe they have to fill out few forms when such situation arises which explains why it took that long. BTW its not business as usual anymore, the GEJ gov is making sure to that.

You are the one misrepresenting the situation on the ground. You want things to get better for Nigeria but you wouldn‘t want Oshiomole to pay his bill bc he‘s an elected officer of the FRN.
