in d picture above we av contraction of d facial muscle, d zygomatic muscles nd d buccinator facialis muscles ar prominent; i agree wit babyosi, it cant be d veins!

The facial nerve runs somewhere near the parotid and the vein follows the same course
The maxillary vein can never be that big
Try sucking your lips like that guy And touch your face and feel the muscle contracting on your zygomatic bone
That is the prominent muscle contracting on this guy's face,made prominent because if his skiny face
A vein could never do that on the face and could never be that big either
