What's your take on the performance of Stephen Keshi? Isn't it time to show him the back door?

Foreign wetin No talk am again o. Keshi is trying. He needs more time. The important thing now is that we need quality substitutes to each position. Our striking force is real weak, injuries making matter worst

Which Foreign Coach Again?

You want to beat Spain with 'Ideye, Musa, Muhammed, and some other poor football rate home-based players'? Are you a learner? #Keshi

According to our Nigerian Analyst, Sunday Oliseh, The truth is that we needed our Nigerian foreign-based players who has courage, physical strength, force, skill and are well minded to Play a country Like Spain.

Nigerian Football can never improve if this politics is not removed. I think there are some players in Nigeria who plays football more than those present super eagles players but not called because they don't have finance/sponsors.

But Above All, Mikel is my best player in the world. Quote me wrong and i'll tell you to go hug transformer.
I DON WAKA!

And why should Keshi be shown the back door? For record purpose, Super eagles really tried in the match against Spain.

They played against two team, spain and barca, were you expecting any miracle

If the coach is an African then fine.

Why do we need a white foreign coach? Lagerbear just chopped our money and has never returned to give any advice to local teams or the likes.

Keshi has done what no coach in nearly 20 years has done- Have Home based players as the base of the team.

Yes, maybe Keshi is getting too carried away and thats why you have bad choices of Babatunde and Muhammed, but all the same, the defenders and midfielders paired with some foreign based players can win and win big.

Our problem was simply lack of attackers- No Emenike, No Moses, and even Odemwigie or Martins could have been selected for experience and hunger to strike. Ideye was terrible, Akpala is a substitute, and Uba was a disaster.

NO. With Emenike in that team, the results will be more like:
Nigeria 12- 1 Tahiti
Uruguay 2- 4 Nigeria
Spain 3- 3 Nigeria.
Oh and if we can find a better keeper. Enyeama's reflexes are failing him. Or maybe he just wasnt in this tournament.

ckkris: Nigeria needs a foreign Minister of Sports, and foreign striker to replace Ideye.

All Ideye has to showcase was his odd hair style, it seems the barber disconnected a nerve supplying good ball control to his brain while giving him the 'devilish' hair style. I believe Keshi is OK, but he may need to invite more foreign based players and work very well on his boys' alertness and defense.

foreign coach ko... another planet coach ni

what did lagerbeer win after earning 0ver 50million naira a month? he didn't even go pass first round in the world cup. amodu was even better than that goat.

with the foreign players, how many trophies did we win? the worst times in our football was when we rely on these silly foreign players that arrive at camp anytime they want and believed that their is automatic jersey for them simply because they are playing in one lame club in England. no patriotism, no discipline, nothing nothing.. mikel is our best player today, we forgot how Nigerians use to abuse him because he lacks discipline and patriotism, but keshi instigates all that into him, yet we are talking about foreign coach. what kinda stupid suggestion is that? angry

the home base players didnt win neither did they embarrass us.

the only advice for coach keshi is to mix foreign based players (disciplined ones) not the ones that will always cause problems in camp and feel they are bigger than the other players because they play in local league.

then he should work on our attack and defense and he must never call that ideye (idegoat) to super eagles again, that dude is a national disgrace.

overall... COACH KESHI ALL THE WAY

isn't that a contradictory statement? I think Keshi is a good coach. We did not have our best team for this tournament.

Ghanaian coaches have won the most African titles apart from Egypt

4 titles for Ghanaian coaches and 5 titles for Egyptian coaches.

In fact the most succesful Black African Coaches have been Ghanaian.

The only Black Coach in the EPL is Ghanaian... The coach of Norwich that is!!

and what have they won Ghana?...indomie sachet?dude siasia was named the best African coach...Keshi qualified a below average Togolese team to the world cup...no Ghanaian coach has come that close...a Nigerian Micheal Eneramo is the technical adviser of one of the best teams in Europe...no Ghanaian coach is even qualified to be a cleaner for Chelsea's reserve team...

Unintelligent liar. Go to google and search Mike Eneramo. After that, come back here for some lessons.

He is not a coach but a scout and technical director.... I am talking about Head Coach.
Re: Do You Think Nigeria Needs A Foreign Coach? by Nobody: 2:25am On Jun 24, 2013
We don't need a foreign coach

we want Ideye akpala, Gambo and musa to trek their way back home. cheesy

Gambo was like " Kai, pernando torres pernando torres, ran ka dede" grin

I heard that the jersey Ideye gave to Torres was found on the floor and returned back to Ideye. grin

grin grin

All in all, our boys put in a nice show if not for some unfortunate goals and wastefulness on the part of our strikers.

But wait ooo, what were we expecting; Nigeria to win the confed cup grin grin grin Make una no use laugh kill me abeg ooo

Commentator; ... and Nigeria wins the the trophy grin grin grin

They won 4 African cup of nation cups!!!

Our coach Sellas Tetteh also won the Under 20 world cup. The only African coach to do it....

Enemalo is not a technical director in the traditional sense. He is simply a closely trusted associate but, would not be trusted to coach a dog how to eat a bone grin grin grin

I respect what Keshi is doing and has achieved with this team. I mean, Nigeria tapped Spain! Uruguay were blown away and played off the park; but Nigeria actually tapped. Just that no goals were scored. The scoreline doesn't tell the story. Spain is used to having over 60% ball possession against top countries but could only get above 50%. I think Keshi is trying to give these home-based players exposure. But I don't know about Gambo; he looks already too old to make much progress.
