Etisalat has the very annoying habit of deducting credit even when no calls have been made and no internet service used. It is really annoying. One day, you guys deducted 566naira at a go. I want to drop the line cos this is so frustrating.

d highest complaint so far has being on d tricky auto renewal bundle plan. I make a conclution dat etisalat do dis to defraud subscribers of their hard earned money. dis is uncalled for. it a gullible act. As for me, I had placed you; etisalat on permanent hold till my present ntwk provider mess wit me. least I 4get, our relationship can neva, I mean neva b lyk it used to b. etisalat,u fall my hand big time!

Hello Mr. Kelly, i have problems with opera mini. I have downloaded it twice and it will only show for twenty to thirty minutes. After that, it stops showing anything but still runs which will make me delete it. I have called customer care before to complain. They only wasted my time.

I totally concur with @nairacountry. I believe this autorenewal thing is subtly fraudulent and is our most dominant complaint. Etisalat should make autorenewal of any product purchase optional fron inception and duly inform customers with clarity. They should also make opting out easier and less ambiguous.

There is no issue other than the plan he chose. You are using cliq for the day which charges you #5 and you call all etisalat line for 20k/sec. so you either stay or move to easy starter.

No. The idea of easy cliq is clicking for a week.

I'm on easy cliq and I have not being receiving the 15 free mg again even though I still recharge up to 500 naira airtime. But it all started after I researched 600 n dialed *344*300# to get 1800. Pls I want my easy cliq back. Thanks

May be you have some services you inadvertently activated. Call them to deactivate or better still send stop to any short code messages you have in your phone. Hope it helps

Another issue fot tday. I loaded 1k for tday to be converted as usual buh when trying to load *229*2*1# it had bn reduced to N800 so I needed to get N200 more to be able to get d normal 200mb data. What caused ds one? Oya, am listening.
