I'm probably too dumb but I missed the part where they were randomly dumped in states they weren't indigenes of in the dead of the night. They were also clear beggars which was declared illegal. I've seen little to suggest those rounded up in Lagos were beggars. If Lagos were repatriating beggars and destitutes, the overwhelming majority would be Northerners and immigrant Yorubas.
