I made an order with the track number RN061988061CN Ending of last month. I haven't been able to track my item ever since I received the track no. I found out that the seller sent me a msg on the 01-sep telling me the kind of item size I made is limited asking if he can send another size. I wasn't able to reply because i saw the msg late due to school exams.

Pls what is my best option? Can I cancel the order and wait for a refund though they said my item has been shipped? I mailed and sent the seller a msg but he hasn't replied. What should I do, pls.

If you still want the order, I think you should allow the seller send another, but if no, you need to open a dispute to get back your money since the item is on transit.

Thanks sir. I guess I will go with opening a dispute. Is it possible for refund despite being notified that the order has been shipped, yet the track no reveals no Item?

Dear friend, as for we have a delivery date, so we just only filed the track number firtly.  My friend, you can choose othoer 20-28UDS shoes as the replacement.  Also if you have not find wanted shoes, we could refund your money.
