And do you also know that the NRC also procured new locomotive engines recently from China? All across the world, there are countries that use way older systems. A clear example is India that has a rail system over 100years old and still running. The Chinese equally run locomotive train system up Tibet 'cos of its reliability. 'same story in Northern America were the Canadians and Americans (AMTRAK) equally use locomotive systems to haul tonnes of cargo.
