I would advice you to visit South African Embassy in Accra, or check the information online, most Southies don't travel a lot so do your research.

Why did you do copy and paste

Pap is our staple food, it can be cooked in different ways: there's stiff pap, porridge, phutu(mostly eaten with maas, sour milk) and ting. It can be eaten with any kind of meat, except for porridge. There's dumpling, also eaten with meat. Maotwana(chicken feet), malana(not sure what it's called in English), skop(animal head) and mogodu. That's what most black people eat, it's like our traditional food.

And then there's sphatlho/kota(bunny chow) the normal one has chips, polony and atchaar in it, you add your own sauces. The more ingredients you want, the higher the price. That's the traditional food, otherwise there's fastfood shops.

Nkele and Nadia can add on.
