TOEFL is not much of a big deal if you are able to convince the VO that you have a good command of English language. What Nigerians should really worry about is SAT/GRE/GMAT.. That doesn't mean you should take the TOEFL is your school requires it.

How do you convince the VO about GRE? That it's not required for your study since it's not even mentioned on the school's website unlike for TOEFL. Bowie State University, MSc.
