They are the same numbers. The southeast states minus Abia where there are no numbers is N39B. So the Southwest minus Lagos is the same as the southeast

Better in education is based on test score and admission to University/Federal schools. Where does Edo rank. The last time I checked Uniben and Auchi poly are federal schools. Compare Ekpoma to delsu in terms of Infrastructures campuses and funding level. Show me your state owned teaching hospitals. Compare Generals hospitals in Delta and Edo. I have all day to put you in your place.
