All Nigeria needs is a leader that will plug the leak by stopping the stealing. He does not necessarily have to start prosecuting every person that has stolen before his tenure, but he must stop people from stealing during his tenure.

Its gotten so worse that anytime anybody is accused of corruption, some disgruntled aides of the president will turn it into tribal war.
