Yes, GEJ stifled Amaechi efforts by releasing a total of 254 billion naira as accruable statuotary revenue for Rivers State this year; and for also chaining Amaechi hands from not dipping his hands into the funds to purchase his private jet and other sundry frivolities he deems fit.
