Ngwakwe: The Igbos easily integrate with other ethnicities and civilisation without prejudice but the same can't easily be said for average Yoruba or Hausa born and bred. If by integration, you mean INTERBREEDING, then no thanx. We are happy not to breed like dogs like you fellows. We are full-blooded tribesmen. not gutter-bred dogs. |

@Topic,She is not a king. Culture&tradition demands that the first daughter of a deceased king hold forth till a new king is chosen by the king makers that is why they are refered to as ''ADELE"(He/She who holds forth-A Regent). She is to act&dress like a man hence the male regalia she also not expected to be with a man during her regency. |

Her First Child an Igbo by Birth(Product of Adetutu Adesida & Mr. Dike) would likely become the Next Oba after the reins of the new RegentTribalistic, aint u?.....she's a Regent, temporary Ruler till som1 takes over and not her sons because they are not frm d town.....guess u don't know Yoruba's follow strict traditions just like every other tribe.....her sons won't be Rulers |

In Yorubaland its customary to make a Woman from a Ruling family a REGENT. Its a temporary post till a male candidate or candidates are nominated and their names forwarded to the Oracle. The Oracle chooses the final and most suitable candidate. 1 Like |
